Say hello to my new neighbor! It were born in the yard yesterday morning, it's ok, the mom picked it up at dusk. At least one fawn is born on the lawn every year and we name them each year. This little darling's name is Wills, we'll figure out if that's short for Willow or William in the fall when bucks start growing their first antlers.

((I spent the entire day working on the first graphics/edit I've ever done. One I'm in love with while the other looks like "Baby's First Edit." Blarg. I may try fiddling with it tomorrow before posting, or dropping it entirely.))

We played in forest

Though our kin hated each other

Now I see, such things cannot be

Dragon and dwarf, bitter enemies

We’ll meet again, not friends, but foes

Someone must die

or so the story goes

I’ll sheath my claws

and bear my neck

and you must strike me down
