You seem like you already have the only answer you want.

Nothing is perfect, especially something new. Every club is going to make missteps - I can’t even name one that hasn’t made near catastrophic errors. Some teams that I LOVE have made me question everything. The critique of ACFC is welcome on my end but often feels kind of sexist and gross to me. They can want female empowerment and to make money and to treat players well and make a million mistakes trying to get there. Not being successful out of the gate doesn’t make the goal unworthy or a lie.
