It’s here, it’s finally here. It’s our eighth anniversary, and our big day. We’ve gone through so many obstacles, and I’m glad we helped each other through them. You’ve helped shape me to be who I am today, and I cannot praise you enough for the amount of hard work and dedication you do (from lifting weights, to changing our diet, to becoming a better person). I’m glad you are stepping up constantly to be like an older brother/role model for my siblings. I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for us. I’ve always been so self conscious of my body. I’ve gained weight rapidly from 2011-2017 and I hated taking pictures with my family members because I was always told I was getting fat, and I felt that I wasn’t as pretty/most of all as skinny as them. I’m definitely proud of the progress I’ve reached, and I’m just now starting to appreciate my own body. I started at 135lbs at the beginning of the year and I’m now 118lbs. I’m almost at my goal of 115, which will be changing and waist went from 34in to 27.5in(.5 away from my goal). My body fat went down from 34% to 23.7%. This is from December 24th, 2017 to today. I cannot thank @mj_a13 for pushing me and being there for me when I was weak/starting to fall out.
