Absolutely. I never expected to like the person whose grandmother gave me a shirtless calendar, before we had even met.

I would argue that it was more coincidence that we liked each other, than her skill as a matchmaker.

That is seeming more likely. I think the cat might be solar powered, she slept in a sunbeam all day and now…. this.

We’ll just have to make sure to get her a lot of play during the day.  Maybe that will help?

See, i thought you might go for that.  the only thing that could screw up the surprise is her seeing this interaction online.

Or, and hear me out on this, you could surprise her with the two extra people to harrass.  It’s like a gift and there’s a chance she’ll love said gift so much you’ll get a break for  night.  

That actually sounds like a great surprise and that it would be fun.

We always do. And clearly we’ve had… worse than a cat ruining our furniture. She likes laser pointers, so we can race her down the hall to calm her down. It’ll be fun.

Who knew my grandmother would be such good practice for a close-to-feral cat? I put a scratcher next to the chair, am hoping that will help.
