Imaan Boost! - Clothing of Character
But those who believe are overflowing in their love for Allah.
Surah Baqarah | Verse 165

Mu’aadh bin Jabal reported from the Messenger of Allaah (Sallalaahu Alaihi wa Sallam) that he said: اتق الله حيثما كنت واتبع السيئة الحسنة تمحها، وخالق الناس بخلق حسن Fear Allaah wheresoever you may be, and follow up an evil deed with a good deed, it will efface it (the evil deed). And deal with mankind with good manners.
At-Tirmidhee reported this Hadeeth as Hasan, Al-Hakim reports it in al-Mustadrak and states that it meets the condition of Bukhari and Muslim, Adhahabee agreed. (via nonchalante)

Write. Write more. Write even more. Write even more than that. Write when you don’t want to. Write when you do. Write when you have something to say. Write when you don’t. Write every day. Keep writing.

See, we think that the more we run after this world (dunya)–the more we run after the love of people, and wealth and beauty and status–the more we will have of it. We think that the more intensely we want something, the more likely we are to get it. And when we don’t get it, we become angry—so angry—at God Himself. As though the *intensity* of my wanting, somehow makes me entitled to having. But the more we drown in this false equation, the more we fail at reaching our goal, and the more we miss the true–but simple–equation of love and life. That equation is clear: The more intensely we want the creation itself, the less likely we are to attain it. If it is love you need, and you seek it from the creation, you will never *truly* get it. Or get enough. Anything of the creation sought for its own sake will evade you. And will never fill you. Even happiness itself: The more you run after it, the more it evades you. But if you run to God instead, happiness will run after you. If you run to God instead, the love of people will run after you. If you run to God instead, success will run after you. True success in this life, and the next. If you run to God instead, provision will run after you. This, brothers and sisters, is the secret formula for which tyrants have burned down cities, and kings have searched the world—but never found. This is the secret. The only formula you need to know.

A genuine seeker of guidance shall be guided, whilst he who is not genuine will fail to see it even if it is staring him in the face.

Forgiving others is not a weakness. It takes a strong person to forgive.

A negative mind will interpret the most positive messages negatively but a positive mind extracts the best, even from a negative message. - Mufti Ismail Menk
The heart and the mind are the most powerful organs that Allah (SWT) has bless you with. Never ever give control of them to anyone besides Allah (SWT). Otherwise you will be hurt and hurt very badly.

A true test of great character is when we can maintain it in the face of those who are rude, offensive and lack in basic morals and conduct.

11-year-old Ahmad*, a refugee from the conflict in Syria, talks about getting back to school in Lebanon. He missed 2 years of school in Syria due to the conflict, but is now back in catch-up lessons thanks to UK aid and Save the Children.
An entire generation of schoolchildren in Lebanon will get a boost to their education under a new UK initiative.
The scheme will ensure that every child aged between 6 and 15 who attends state school in Lebanon has a set of textbooks covering key academic subjects. As well as 80,000 refugee children who have fled the fighting in Syria, this will include Lebanese children from host communities who might otherwise be at risk of losing out. Over 300,000 packs of books will be distributed in total.
The UK has now committed over £600 million in humanitarian aid for people affected by the conflict in Syria and neighbouring countries.
