honestly i dont have much lore or anythin figured out since it was created as a lil scugsona for myself BUT i do have some stuffs!
Theyre like a silly aquatic/space scug and cyan lizard hybrid, because i love water, space and cyan lizards
their origins are unknown, scugs speculate that theyre another iterators experiment thats been abandoned but whisper doesnt remember their origin, they have big memory issues, theyre a silly smol brain
being an aquatic scuggie they really love water and water related things and they love swimbin
theyre also ver lonely, they struggle with being with other scuggles, they get judged easily because of their "unnaturalness". though if they do make scug friends, they get really attached. they still really like being alone but it gets to them sometimes
however they have no problems makin friends with lizards (sometimes other creatures too), they adore being around them, they enjoy their company and theyd never ever harm one (though they HATE squidcadas, they got hurt by a few really badly and they really dont like them)
they never knew their name but they heard some scugs call them the whisper (relating to the quietness in the deep waters as theyre a deep water looking creature) and they liked it so thats their name
they also really like combining and eatin food and theyre surprisingly agile, but theyre weak when it comes to actual fighting
theyre really short and feeble for a scuggie
their tail gets a bit heavy sometimes too, theyre a biological mess
also they have a longer than average tongue, their enjoyment of food comes from how sensitive their tastebuds are, their tongue is very weirdly advanced for such a small specimen
their hearing is HORRIBLE though, all the underwater swimming really doesnt match well with their very not designed for swimming ears
