going back to my apartment today after spending Thanksgiving at my parents. I maintained which is nice. I'm planning on fasting today but i do have a meal planned just in case so i don't binge if i decide i cant complete the fast.

I hate Mondays. I've got two three hour long classes, I have to eat something around lunch with my friends, and I have to eat dinner at my bf's house with his parents. luckily I will still be under 900 today which is good and tomorrow I can fast most of the day.

oh life has been crazy but im back babyy. as usual i just maintained basically 🙁 im like right at 130 rn. my goal is to be 125 by December 1st and 120 by January 1st. i mean it is that time of year were my ed gets bad so might as well lean into it.
