hey guys its your friendly neighborhood yndr4hope, here to deliver a message about Ogata Megumi, incredible voice actor of Komaeda Nagito!! (and naegi,…..and shinji from eva….and haruka from sailor moon… but let’s focus up on this blog’s brand, she’s komaeda) for those who don’t know, she is currently running a crowdfunding project through webshop Tokyo Otaku Mode (their crowdfunding site is called “Mirai Mode”!) to get her new album released ~simultaneously~ in japan and overseas. >>> https://miraimode.com/projects/animeg25th <<< the album is her covering anime songs, in character voices for shows she has worked on where appropriate. her aim is to get Japanese music more widely available internationally, acknowledging that many labels currently block their music on youtube outside of Japan, and hoping to show her label Lantis that people are interested in buying Japanese music internationally. her music is amazing, i bought her last album real/dummy and ummmm i love it, (and not just because it sounds like komaeda is singing right into your ear, as it’s recorded with a dummy head mic, but honestly also that) so if you can, help support and spread the word about her project!! it means a lot to her, and ogata-san has given us so much
