Prologue
“He was there.”
Is he a Human or a Machine? It is as if he is a ‘non-existent’ existence as nothing is known about him except that he sought to make a perfect world.
To do this he would choose a race that would dominate the world and he would watch, evaluate and destroy it if he must, a cycle that endlessly repeats.
He helps the ‘chosen race’ to grow by giving them the Absolute Soul Core (ASC), a tool with absolute power of authority. However, the ASC is a double-edged sword, the core will self-destruct if used in the wrong way and “He” will intervene and retrieve the core to purify the current civilization.
“He” has a strong obsession in fulfilling his goal and thus during the Honorable Age, he let the ASC’s power overflow in order to destroy the world as it wasn't in a shape that “He” favors.
The Absolute Soul Core (ASC)
It is said that this tool is the “Power” and “Force” itself that can be wielded by someone. The ASC can also record history giving the wielder vast knowledge and intelligence as the core records the rise and fall of all civilizations that it has passed through.
In order to wield the ASC, “He” must grant and authorize it then the ability to use the core depends on the level of the being that it was given to. Nobody knows what the ASC looks like but when one is qualified the ASC absorbs the “gene” of the qualified being.
There is a price for each piece of information that the core retrieves from its archive but if someone else uses the core, someone who doesn't have the authority to use the ASC, their body and mind will be destroyed and will become part of the core as its own power.
The Ruler, also known as the “Lord of Destruction” is currently the righteous owner of the Absolute Soul Core and he brought about the greatest annihilation in mankind.
The Honorable Age
The Honorable Age is highly recognized for its great progress of civilization due to the active research on the force and core technology. Then the theory of Unified Field was successfully created by a genius scientist named Dr. Faust.
He found out that all energy comes down to one force known as the “Fifth Force”. The theory suggests that the Fifth Force is the key to develop the human abilities endlessly. Since then, the research on the Fifth Force has become aggressive all throughout the world resulting into having a large number of super-humans even before setting up formal institutions for education on the theory’s power.
This caused a gap between humans, one with power and another without. The need to control the knowledge and technology became a pressure after a lot of incidents of chaos and accidental massacres with the use of the technology. Soon the people were split in two: those who want power and order and those who want discipline and knowledge. This disastrous result regarding the Theory of Unified Field has frustrated Dr. Faust.
To solve the rising chaos, the government started to to establish special agencies in order to control the flow of information regarding the Fifth Force and its technology. Dr. Faust supported this move and helped the government increase their military power through his research. He became the face of the government and they purged all unauthorized super-humans but at the same time, the government secretly conducted military experiments on humans without Dr. Faust in fear that others might have a greater power.
Soon, people began to realize that the government has been keeping too much information regarding the technology of the Fifth Force and the secret experiments started to spill from the victims’ families. The people started to rally and Dr. Faust tried joined them because he felt used and betrayed by the government when they took his research away.
But with the governments political power, they pinned the issue on Dr. Faust by saying he is a ‘Mad Scientist’ and made him disappear. Some says that he flees abroad, others says that he died with one of his mad experiments.
Slowly, the story of the Genius Scientist who completed the Theory of Unified Field became forgotten and buried in the sands of time.
And to further appease the public, the government established academies so people can learn about the “allowed” information regarding the Fifth Force and it was easier for them to maintain the information this way.
One day, a mail was delivered to all the government agencies from a group known as “Prometheus.” The letter demanded that the government should open all the exclusive information regarding the technology and to fully suspend all military experiments for destruction. The letter also stated that if these conditions are not met, there will be terrorist attacks. But the government did not yield to the demands and as a consequence, the National Academy of Science and Technology was destroyed along with many science laboratories.
The government believed that the “Anti-Government” agencies and academies is behind Prometheus and the terrorism. Soon the government formed the “Anti-Terrorist Alliance” and repressed the agencies that goes against them. The people continued to fight, even the children but all of these caused a huge bloodshed. There was no winner or loser in war.
In the night where people were all exhausted from the war, the Great Destruction came.
The Great Destruction and Saint Valentine
The great destruction lasted for seven days. According to legends, monsters that have never been seen before started to appear from the land and sky. These monsters destroyed the civilization and at the same time the natural disasters such as tsunamis, earthquakes and volcanic eruptions occurred globally.
Nobody knows why the disaster happened or who summoned the monsters from heaven and earth. The people died without answers. Not even the super-humans and super-scientist know what to do. Priceless Cultural Heritages and Historical Record of the Honorable Age were buried deep underground during the chaos.
This story is passed down by the Seven Sages. These sages were raised by Saint Valentine who’s origin is uncertain. Legend tells that St. Valentine was born in a Bamboo Shoot during the Great Destruction. At that time, St. Valentine knew how to protect the world but does not know why he does.
He created a group or an academy where he accepted all the people with talent and function regardless of their origin. Everybody admired him with his exceptional talents. But some people were confused when he said that the one who brought the Great Destruction known as the Lord of Destruction is the Creator himself. He taught his students everything he knows and chose seven brightest students to become his disciples.
The seven disciples were then raised to become super-human by St. Valentine. In order to lead the other students in his academy to protect the world.
But then St. Valentine realized that the destruction will not stop until all life is destroyed and so he decided to sacrifice himself and during that moment, two of his disciples where there to help him make the seal.
After St. Valentine’s Sacrifice, the world was saved from extinction. All the survivors then were lead by the seven disciples and were called by the people as the “Seven Sages” with their vast knowledge and wisdom.
The seven sages then lead the people to a new land from the Lost Ages to create a new Civilization which will then be called the land of Nevareth. The ancestors of the land are also known as the Nevareth Frontiers.
Those who have left the way
St. Valentine left a prophecy after he sealed the devil. It foretold that the Lord of Destruction will be resurrected when his powers are gone a thousand years later.
In the Tower of the Sages, the leader, Great Sage Sirius perceived that the time of awakening is fast approaching and decided to dispatch several Special Disaster Management Colonies in Nevareth.
In each continent, different skilled officers and instructors were placed and each places have harsh conditions that will help a warrior grow his strength.
To further prepare for what may come, the Tower of Sage has granted access to the information from the Honorable Age. Nothing was certain but all the interested warriors did not want to waste time and started to train their bodies and mind to use the “Force” from the Honorable Age.
Then suddenly a volcanic eruption took place in and abandoned island known as Exilian. Sirius then ordered another Special Management Colony to be placed in the area but while leading the colony on Exilian Island, Sirius disappeared and not even the Tower of Sages can find him.
During Sirius’ disappearance, more people from all over the continent started to disappear without reason. This alerted Captain Mark from Desert Scream in the Huan Continent to contact the warrior, also know as the “Fighter who will lead the stars” to accompany Patren, a young boy of destiny in his journey to save the world.
