Ok, anyone else in the shipwrecked64/hi09 fandom had this issue on tumblr?

As you know im a massive fan of Beta Bucky, So in the same vein as a naive and innocent little kid trying to look up cool art of their favorite favorite Pokemon on google images, I decided to click on the #BetaBucky tag on tumbler only to find just straight up fetish shit and like people holding adult items that sadly arent big cartoon cigerettes or booze bottles with the 3 x's on the label. im pretty sure this shit goes against tos or whatever.

(Not trying to start fights, just personally think having this stuff here is pretty gross because its all uncensored and just sitting out there for anyone to see) All i wanted to see what silly art of the wacky mascot horror beaver who has a duck stuffed animal and gets put in the torture mechanisms for a living, I did not want to see nor did i consent to see the other stuff Tumblr!

tldr: Basically the tag is full of fetish related materials and not the charactor from the hit squeaksdcorgeh game which pisses me the fuck off since how will i tag art featuring the charactor now?

Hi Squeaks, back again with some more random questions about Shipwrecked/HI09 stuff. (Feel free to answer the ones that you feel comfortable answering and skip the ones you want) >In the universe of Bucky's Wonderful World, Are all animals anthropomorphic and can talk/act like humans or is there a Goofy and Pluto type situation going on where there are some animals that are just normal animals? >I am a huge fan of the new character Bubbles, Can you tell us a bit about her personality or some fun facts please? I just think she is neat. >On the topic of personality, another character that isn't really brought up a bunch is Pipsqueak from the tiny mouse chef. Can we get some tidbits about what she was like in her movie? >In Studio Grounds, did Olive ever have her own attraction or themed area? Right now we know that Walter, Blot, and Gio had some kind of themed ride or restaurant that people could go so it makes me wonder if she ever had some kind of fun water related thing like a basic splash pad like at the Universal studios parks or a ride that could fit her or a in universe story she was in? This one's a doozy but I gotta get my fingers moving so, eh, why not

-Basically all animals are anthropomorphic, no major characters are entirely animalistic and those who are are usually played for gags.

-Bubbles is a character made largely for the VR Game we're doing, but she's a character most well known in the ride Submarine Stalker. She's a dragon who kind of just. Convinced herself she could be a sea serpent. She's probably the largest enemy in the game, and alongside Guide is the second reptile character we've added to BSB. She also talks with a lisp and is generally just very goofy (We have a VA for her already, she's VERY good)

-She's kind of the opposite of Giovanni. She's a cook, of course, but she's pretty much nice to everyone, albeit kinda sassy, it never really gets into the territory of just straight up being a dick like Giovanni.

-Olive had an animatronic alongside Bucky and Walter on submarine stalker, but I've also imagined her having a log flume. That, admittedly is not fully fleshed out yet.

-Blot's ride. It's a really trippy one and I would love a theme park ride like that, with the meta angle like that.

-Genuinely I'd have to say Otto. I did not expect him to catch on the way he has and it's been fun seeing what people think of him so far.

-Beta Bucky's playable segments are basically a route all to itself. It's almost a successor to Codebreaker in a sense as in it takes place in a different application, but I found a REALLY cool way to do it. (It also adds Steam Deck compatibility since I know that was lacking with Codebreaker) It also has its own unique visual look, control scheme and all. BB is also just kind of a cute character and I almost kind of feel bad for what happens to him.

-I had one in mind where he gets lured away by a Siren's Song on one of his first sailing attempts. He gets away but, in the process he has both of his legs broken by the creature. And then when attempting to swim back to his boat, in an already pretty mangled state, he's effectively shredded by the turbine of a bigger boat passing by.

-Not really, in HI-09 he's pretty much fully mute

-I always imagined him being a side character pretty much. He was a joke character but I could totally imagine a food stop at the park being themed after him.

-I'm not sure honestly, I never gave that much thought.

How did Gio kill Pipsqueak in the Tiny Mouse Chef movie? In canon, what was Rex's favorite specific cartoon episode that he worked on? In one of the old email/diary things from the older parts of the arg, Olivia Finch mentions a man named Max and her kids, are they still canon? Were any of the Beta Bucky Cartoons in color or were they all black and white? Asking because his design in hi09 and his unedited posters where in color. What was some of the best (or worst) food served at Studio Grounds? Besides fish, what sort of things do Bucky and his friends enjoy eating? Does Howlz like anime? If you had the budget or could pick any celebrity to voice act in hi09 who would you pick and why? Thats all i really have on my head thanks for reading

Lot to get through,, lemme see.

-I want this to actually be shown at a point in time, either in the VR title or HI09, so it'd be a little inappropriate to say over tumblr. It wasn't STRAIGHT UP intentional murder and more just down to a mixture of cluelessness mixed with spite.

-Rex considers the Blot cartoons as his best work. Not any particular episode, admittedly, but it was the last time he made something he was truly happy with.

-Beta Bucky's cartoons were in color, but it was usually very primitive.

-At Giovanni's 4-and-a-half-star Dining, located in Studiogrounds, they can serve up a MEAN steak. They also have these hourly shows which cause extra menu items to become available based on what's going on in the show. The worst one, though, I'm not sure. I can easily see something at a snack cart just being revolting though since those are kinda stocked everywhere.

-It depends, it ranges from place-to-place. In most cartoons to avoid conflict they're usually just seen eating meals that don't consist of meat, but occasionally you'll see imagery like Bucky eating a hotdog on a sign in Studiogrounds and you're just meant to not think about the potential implications of that LMAO

-Howlz is more into Superheroes, anime is more of Lopps' thing.

-Brett Driver. Not so much a proper celebrity but I'm a big fan of Boneworks and he did an excellent job as the protag, Arthur Ford.

Hi squeaks I have a question related to in universe movies and stuff that Broadside made. So far we know about stuff like the old beta bucky cartoons and a little bit of the tiny mouse chef and small mentions of a Christmas special.

What other films, movies, or tv shows did they make that hasn't really been talked about?

Okay lemme see:

There is a whole roster of much earlier Bucky Beaver cartoons that aired around the time he was first created. For about a decade or so that continued, before they were commonly regarded as being too dark for children to watch.

Bucky was redesigned, given friends, and a series of initial new shows were created called "Bucky's Wonderful World", which were just kind of generally aired on TV and, at around 1983, Studiotoons, their very own TV channel.

Around the time as well, the controversial "Keep 'Em Laughing" also aired, a show which was most well known for portraying the cast as though they were actors in a sitcom who hated the characters they had to play, as well as the most distasteful aspect, they would have a lookalike actor play a much more cheerful Rex in some of the episodes. For obvious reasons this was considered kinda nasty and wasn't spoken about past that point.

Crystal Creek was another show produced for Studiotoons which was controversial in its own right, but that was mostly because it tried to lean into Goosebumps and instead was fairly well known for being outright horrifying.

On top of that, Comet's Visit and Walter's Special Tree were two Christmas Specials that were kind of well known Christmas Specials, but there were also some Halloween specials, one of which being the origin of Hornz.

On top of that, a few of the rides at Studiogrounds were adaptations of Broadside media, for instance, Submarine Stalker being a reimagining of the episode where Bucky inherits a submarine and takes it on a spin, only to be attacked by a sea monster. Squirrel Cruise is also based on the Patchwork Forest, which Crystal Creek takes place within a cabin located there. Mechanical Symphony is a straight adaptation of a Blot cartoon, and Giovanni's 4-and-a-half-star Diner is an adaptation of Giovanni's actual restaurant he owns in the cartoons.

Much like the male version from the actual shipwrecked64/broadside beach arg series, Brenda is the voice actor of Becky and is also the mascot performer for her own character.

Shipwrecked64: genderswap AU (perhaps you can call it shipwrecked63)

(Sorry if I have been inactive here, I get a little shy posting online sometimes)

Anyways, the shipwrecked64 autism is still going strong and has made me create a whole au thingy that mainly stemmed from the bucket yuri drawings I made and now I must add more and more to the lore.

The main four are Becky, Ollie (the token dude), Gina, and Walnut.

Theres quite a bunch of stuff I have already made for this au so I should try to be better about posting it

Okay, so here’s the updated plans for fighting against youtube's new ai age policy and privacy violating rule (I believe in us!)

Plan 1. Black out and leave youtube/ youtube boycott

It’s a very simple plan, but this time we just leave until it’s fully reversed. That way YouTube doesn’t just ignore us and the original black out. We have to stand our ground and show them we aren’t going to give up. We have to last as long as possible and let their revenue drain until they concede or someone else comes in and makes another platform (that isn’t based on politics but the same ideas as the original YouTube)

Plus I would like to add some small extra things that will help with the blackout though. That being mass downloading YouTube content. Now this might be the easiest thing for certain people, but it’s something.

Mass downloading YouTube content can help in case there a couple of videos or channels you want to watch during the blackout. You can also use this to download new youtube videos from places like twitter since it won't count towards ads or view

(I use something called a ytdlp but there might be better options for you out there, there might even be built in ones in a web browser or two, just search around the place, you'll find it eventually)

There is also alternate YouTube apps that block ads (like Jdownloader and newpipe) that might work within the black out, but I'm worried that it would still count towards views and still help YouTube out in that smallest of ways, more research is needed, but it is an option (though I still recommended downloading new videos just to avoid the entire views thing)

Plan 2. Bugging the crap out of them.

Now since they have a mail box for us to use, that can be used for our advantage here. So here’s what we do, send them letters asking them to reverse the decision, that way they will be overwhelmed by letters that have to eventually give up. Now I don't want you guys to send out slurs, curses or whatever. I need you guys to be kind and critical. I want you to point everything wrong with this and why it is destined to fail and leave the company crumbling

In addition to these letters, if at all possible, I want you guys to include photos of comments made by other people (Twitter, tumblr, whatever) criticizing this and making it known that it’s not just you guys who are angry, but people all over too.

Now we can also include emails in this, but that might be harder than excepted, but in case you do want to send in a email, you can send it that way

I can't find any other way of sending them an email, but good to you if you do find it (though I would recommend a letter much more)

UPDATE, someone has pointed out that we should all send out our letters on a single day, Im taking around August 5th about a week before the thing actually rolls out and than maybe we’ll do another batch on the 8th just in case

Make sure you mass send a bunch of letters

WIP plan 3, legal bull

I wish I could say this plan was finished, but unfortunately, it is not at all. All we have to go for here to filing a complaint towards the FTC about this and or using what this user recommneds (though I can't fully say if it'll work or not)

This plan will be worked on as much as possible

I want everyone if they can to spread to outside of tumblr, talk about it on twitter, facebook, blusky, youtube itself, this plan has to spread to as much people as possible.

I believe we can do our best and shine a light through these horrible times, we can be light in the darkness that will help others shine a burn a hole in this horrible system of censorship

I believe in every last one of you, I believe you can do good and spread good, because in your hearts, you are good
