I’ve been on testosterone for a little over a month now (since April 21st, 2026)

Though I’m trying to get most of my health stuff figured out, these are the diagnoses I have so far (diagnosed by professionals).

With these diagnoses (and maybe others that haven’t been uncovered yet), I go through things like:

Orthostatic intolerance

Joint pain

Muscle tension

Muscle spasms/tremors

Muscle weakness/paralysis

Lack of energy/hypersomnia

Non epileptic seizures (or PNES)

And though I’ve been okay without my mobility aid (my cane named Ruthie) recently, there are still days where she’s very necessary.

Other Fun Facts!

I’m a Pokémon nerd, and have been very into Pokémon Go recently, which has healed my inner teenager greatly.

I love to write, and I have loved it since I was young. I’m hoping to make money from it one day, I just don’t have the proper tools to do so right now.

I love birds, my favorite being a black-capped chickadee at the moment.

I have two dogs and two cats who I adore and spoil rotten.

I can say the alphabet backwards in less than 10 seconds!

i went to a service at the local united methodist church today. tw for talk of religion and christianity under the cut.

i feel very privileged that i have a space that’s affirming and loving while i dig deep inside myself to find what i really believe in. it was a very good, very timely service about how we as humans can transform and change while also setting boundaries with the people that hurt us. it was a message that i really needed to hear, so im grateful that i randomly decided to attend this morning.💙
