Went to work sick. Gritted my teeth through the whole thing.

The headache, the rude customers, the nausea, the constant sneezing, all of it.

But if I had to pick the one thing that really pissed me off, it would have to be this interaction with my manager:

Me, clearly having trouble breathing, feverish, leaning against a wall to not fall from dizzyiness.

Manager: "Are you ok?"

Me: "Yeah, just a bit of a headache."

Manager: "Why do you have a headache? 🤨"

What the hell do you mean WHY?!?

I am sick!!! I am feverish!!! I am stressed out of my fucking mind!! What the fuck do you want me to say to that?! You already know I'm sick! I verbally comunicated that to you yesterday, and again today, not even an hour ago!!!

Oh you know I just thought to switch things up a bit. Job's too easy without feeling like I have a drill passing through my skull, so today I wanted a challenge!
