Living in the moment
I've noticed that I truly struggle with knowing how to live in the moment. So many quotes and songs talk about it like it's so easy but I find myself always thinking ahead. As if I constantly live in this imaginary future full of ideas that could happen or not, but never appreciating the moment I am living now. Does this happen to any of you?

Latest book Iâve read, Vida by Patricia Engel truly captivates lifeâs grey areas, showing those feelings and emotions that shape us to be the adults we are. I recommend this book.Â
