Living in the moment
I've noticed that I truly struggle with knowing how to live in the moment. So many quotes and songs talk about it like it's so easy but I find myself always thinking ahead. As if I constantly live in this imaginary future full of ideas that could happen or not, but never appreciating the moment I am living now. Does this happen to any of you?
