I think people are sleeping on the potential for a pregnant Caine in fanfics. Think about this:

Caine gets pregnant. Maybe it's a virus, maybe it's a glitch, whatever. He realizes something's off and hides it, after all it's better to not worry the guests, and it would take attention off of his adventures. Maybe later on he goes so far as to visually tweak his model or wear increasingly flamboyant bump-hiding outfits. The guests know that something's wrong but they just can't figure out what. Then one day he sends them out on the latest adventure he made, and goes into labor. The guests are then trapped in this adventure world, trying to survive intact as the world gets buggier, more unstable and maybe even parts disappearing.

The stakes! The intrigue! I'd write this myself if I was any good with anything more than a paragraph or two

"My coat. It's not conforming to my model like usual." His hand smoothed over the swell of his belly, he couldn't help but wince slightly at the sensitivity. "Feels like something's pressing out against my internal colliders."

He was painfully aware that his system had seemingly decided to go through some very strange, rapid changes as of late in response to... something.

It made him a bit apprehensive to find that not only had his system's protection protocol somehow neglected to mend the issue, but said issue only seemed to evolve more and more as time went on.

Though try as he might, this couldn't be left ignored any longer.

Wordlessly he stared at his reflection.

Given that he could swap outfits at will with the snap of a finger, it'd been a good while since he'd actually stripped down to his base model. And it'd been even longer since he'd seen the pulsing light in his chest that was his core.

The first thing that stuck out to him, that was usually a bit more masked by his clothing, was the now prominent curve that spanned the distance between the ribs and pelvic region of his torso.

... but as he looked closer...

Tentatively he turned in the mirror, trying to get a better look at this… new development.

I actually didn't think Caine mpreg was THAT rare. Like, back when we only had the pilot to go off on, I saw a few drawings of him on Deviantart while looking for mpreg content in tadc. (I think the artist deleted them, as they also published those drawings on A03, but now you just can't see them when you check them out)

Now, I learned the truth. I'm actually working on a fic called Caine's Glitch, which is more of an alternate ending to episode 8 than what you're looking for, but I think it's alright.

Also working on a series of oneshots surrounding pregnant Caine in other AUs.

If you've read Caine's Glitch, you might be familiar with me. If not, I might as well give out some information.

Caine's Glitch is an mpreg fanfic I started writing that explores an alternative ending to episode 8 where, due to a glitch during his crashout in his office, Caine had unexpectedly become pregnant (with triplets), something Kinger and the rest of the cast learn through poking through his code.

Honestly, I don't think there's enough Caine mpreg content, so I guess it's my job to provide you guys with that since no one else will. This post basically explores the various stages of Caine's pregnancy, which, as a reminder, isn't like any ordinary human's pregnancy, basically lasting over a month instead of the average nine that we're used to.
