Hopefully states have already seen the need for and benefits of CCSS (or whatever they’re calling their new CCR standards that are essentially the CCSS), so that it won’t matter that such standards can no longer be mandated or incentivized by Arne or his successors. I think it’s good. I think it may be great. But I haven’t read it and I also like big federal government, so the jury’s still out.
