Fibromyalgia: Get Enough Sleep and Exercise

It is important that fibromyalgia patients exert themselves as much as they can handle. Taking walks or going swimming are great low impact exercises to start out with. Easing in slowly allows your muscles to stretch out, gradually reducing the tightness and soreness. You don't want to go too far though. Beginning with a strenuous work out regimen could exacerbate the symptoms of fibromyalgia. It's best to stay patient and listen to your body.
