The Times That Make You Feel Small

This is one of my first photos taken with my new 6D. I was really excited to try out some star shots. I found out after the day out that my lens has some natural vignetting when at 17mm. Even so, I'm super excited with the way this turned out. I would love to hear some feedback on how to improve my night photography! Thanks!

Dina in the Forest

This is a photo of my girlfriend, Dina, in the forest of Mount Charleston on the way to Mary Jane Falls. We were messing around with the eerie eye-like look of Aspens.

Calico Basin

Calico Basin is an area located right next to Red Rock Canyon near Las Vegas, NV. Just behind where this photo was taken, there are rock climbers that are doing some one-pitch climbing routes on a large rock.

Fog in San Diego

On my way back home from Tijuana, Baja California, MX, my girlfriend and I stopped in San Diego. This is taken from the J Street Marina as fog was rolling in.

For me, fog isn't something I get to see often, living in Las Vegas and all, so it was exciting to get the chance to photograph this type of scene.

Rosarito Beach Pier

This photo was taken in Rosarito, Baja California, MX. This is at a place called the Rosarito Beach Hotel, just under their pier. Although it was taken in February, it was extraordinarily warm. A great beach day. The woman in the photo is my girlfriend, Dina.

We both used to live nearby here and miss this place quite a lot.
