Happy National Ice Cream Pie Day! Any excuse for ice cream is a good excuse... we even whipped up a Caleb's Kola Pie recipe for you Kola Nuts. Yes, really. Mix 1/2 c flour, 1 c sugar, and 1 bottle Caleb's Kola. Heat until thickened, add 1 tsp vanilla extract. Allow to cool, and pour into a prepared graham cracker crust. Top with ice cream, obviously.
