Mute!Sans, am oc I haven't thought about in years but finally did art of again.

Took me a couple of days to finish, but it's the first in a while I was determined to finish. I might do more for my other characters, but in this same format

Redesigning a dream!sans variant

Go to the very end for the final redesign. I'm really proud of so you can skip through the whole explanation and redesigns of you just wanna see the final redesign.

Sunrise sans is a variant of Dream Sans but plays more of a Nightmare role. He is from an au I made but never published called Dawn!Tale. Sunrise is like the sun God of sorts that imprisons Midnight (the Nightmare sans variant but shy) out of a misguided sense of responsibility. He can be a bit full of himself sometimes with a savior complex that makes him more of a villain.

But anyways I was never happy with his design. No matter how many times I redesigned him, it didn't feel right.

I redrew a random old sans design

So the first one I did maybe 3 or 4 years ago in a McDonald's break room cuz at that time I worked there.

Recently I was looking for inspiration to pick up a pencil again and did this.

Idk of its improvement or not but the fact I did this in one sitting without stressing sure does feel like progress. Cuz recently starting had become stressful. Su this was nice.

Skoll redesign (oc)

So Skoll is an oc inspired by the original skoll from Norse mythology. But my version. Skoll is supposed to be scene. I used to think scene was colorful emo when I first made her and knew nothing about the scene culture. Here's her old design.

But I did some research on scene clothes for her redesign. Here's the Funai result. I hope I did a good job.

First is a short animation I made. Next is when I was trying to redesign Skoll. She is scene but didn't look like it. Same with Hati, he's supposed to be goth, I still need to figure out his design, but he will have super heavy eyeliner for sure. The second to last pic is a WIP of Skoll and the last picture is just me figuring out what to keep based off of what I already had.

So I saw on tiktok someone suggest we draw our personas as miku. So I did mine.

I feel so proud. First, he falls asleep to the undertale soundtrack, now he's immediately appreciating sonic songs too?

I had 2 giant sonic phases growing up, and now I treasure the nostalgia. So seeing how it runs in his blood, too. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I drew my persona in panty and stocking style, tried following a scene art tutorial. Then just did body bases for 3 of my ocs.

Since the style is so simple, in going to try to animate but it's time consuming figuring it out.

Midnight (sans oc)

I'll show my references first, then his original fit, then my latest drawing and which way it looks better.

The story behind this was a drunk drawing contest.

This was the fit that inspired me to draw Midnight. You see Midnight is genderfluid, though his main pronouns are still get he/ him, though she has her moments for she/her. But anyways when I saw this suit with the skirt, I instantly thought of Midnight. This would be Midnight's wedding clothes. If I ever find his romantic interest this is more feasible but I haven't figured that out yet.

Midnight has a female skeleton so he's afab (a female at birth). So I looked for female skeletons and ribs, cuz ribs are the hardest partfor me after the skull. But since this is a sans, I don't need to draw a realistic skull.

Xing Dikui (WIP and stuff)

This is from God Troubles Me on Netflix. Its a donghua, or a Chinese anime. It's a comedy about the daughter of a monster and a good. So she's like a chosen one. But she has a mundane everyday life until she meets Xin Tianji and Xin Dakui after her parents kick her out. It's hilarious and satire, a fun watch. And it left me craving for fan content... but the Fandom is small 🥲

I like how Dikui can be so serious but unserious. It's cute, and that makes sense cuz he's, well, a cat. Personality matches really good.

Anywho here is my WIP. It's my first time actually starting a cat and I've neve drawn these kind of clothes before. But it was fun. Frustrating cuz I always felt like I was doing something wrong. But I feel proud so far. And since I dint want to fuck it up I'll finish it on my phone cuz I can erase my mistakes without ruining it.

I opened YouTube and first thing I see is Spooky Month: Hollow Sorrows. I don't really watch much spooky month stuff, more of a casual enjoyed. But I did notice how much bigger the plot is getting. Or well, how serious is getting. It's emotional now?! I think it started getting more plot driven, like building up to a climactic episode, since the last episode with Bob. I only just noticed till now. I like how it ended with two possible antagonists for future episodes. Idk if it's been like this already, but I always thought spooky month was goofy little kids obsessed with Halloween. But I like this new perspective I'm getting on it recently. It could also be because of my little sisters, @bl3ach3d @doodlesartstuff

I also just wanted to post this to let you two know, I actually am looking forward to the next episode when it does come out. We can chat about it if ya'll want.
