Cultured Raw Organic Vegetables – With Turmeric and Ginger: Slightly spiced, great with asian dishes such as curries, stir fries, steamed fish, cooked prawns and tofu.
It is recommended to start with a teaspoon with each meal for one week and build up to a tablespoon over the next two weeks.
