Sneaky Cap 1: 1/10. What do I like about this hat? Nothing, except that Villanelle is under it.
Sneaky Cap 2: 3/10. Better. I appreciate the curved brim.
Express Yourself Through Patterns Bandannas: 6/10. Why are they all different? Ultimately, every single design left me saying ‘meh’. However, there are certainly worse head-wear options for a funeral photo #SneakyCap1
Fuck PETA Hat: 15/10. This is what hats are all about, people. They aren’t here to look good, they’re here to make a statement. And Carolyn’s statement is ‘I love Russia so much I’m going to wear an ugly hat about it’. A true icon.
Practical Beanie: 11/10. Eve looks hot in a beanie, but I have to deduct points for hiding any part of her hair. Points added for being lesbian-fashion-adjacent.
That Fucking Pig Mask: -190/10. This was 3D printed straight from my nightmares. Additional points lost for the inherent homophobia of hiding Villanelle’s face. Terrible.
Undercover Beanie: 9/10. Covers more hair, but cute.
Drama Veil: 100/10. Wow. Villanelle understands the hat-as-statement theory and takes it further by asking, but what if it DID look good anyway? This fashion accessory screams ‘I’ll do it, but only for the attention’, and I’m Paying Attention.
Cowboy Hat: 10/10. Villanelle proves she’s a lady of class by engaging respectfully in the local culture of the USA. Can’t wait for her to come to Australia and wear a cork hat 100% of the time.
