happy christmas eve 🌲✨ not a very conventional festive morning but i spent it watching kiki and reading 📖 how are you all spending your christmas eve? ☺️ (at Perth, Western Australia) https://www.instagram.com/p/CX3m82vv511/?utm_medium=tumblr
spending the whole day reading and writing felt really refreshing! i started a new book (how do you live? by genzaburo yoshino) today and i’m loving it already. i’ve made so many annotations and i’m not even halfway through! i’ll share my annotations on here another time, but i already wholeheartedly recommend it if you like sweet, beautiful, and philosophical coming of age novels 🥰✨ (at Perth, Western Australia) https://www.instagram.com/p/CWdPZU4sj_H/?utm_medium=tumblr
annotations from a current read — the anthropocene reviewed by john green! and these are just from the introduction! 🤩 john green has such a way with words. one word i can describe this book so far is… thoughtful. it makes you think a lot. and i love that john green can put to words such complicated theories and phrase them in ways that are witty and easily understandable! i actually think he’s much better suited writing non-fiction books, but that’s just my personal opinion ☺️ (at Perth, Western Australia) https://www.instagram.com/p/CWYY_WaPX_s/?utm_medium=tumblr
I just completed my last exam for the semester, so my break has officially commenced 📖☁️✨ i have a little over two weeks before i start an internship, which i’ll talk through a little more since i’ve been getting lots of engineering career questions lately! In the meantime, i am super excited to just wind down and rest (i.e lots of reading, film watching, drawing, and planning) ✍🏼📝☕️ also, i finished reading aurora’s end last night (which was really good!!), and am starting night film by marisha pessl! ✨ What are your plans for the weekend? ☺️ (at Perth, Western Australia) https://www.instagram.com/p/CWIq_t_vy8P/?utm_medium=tumblr
07.18.21. i've realized that i'm most productive in the morning, but i have to be at work at 9am sharp. solution: waking up early, dragging my limp, uncaffeinated body to the library, and trying to work on postbacc apps for an hour before work. being an adult... wouldn't recommend.
all I do is go to bookstores and buy a variety of teabags

got some new tombow pens yesterday and wanted to try one out so i switched up the normal grey to a green :)
21.07.20 // long time no see, friends. It’s hard to run a studyblr when I’m not studying - not doing much at all really. My mental and physical health hasn’t been doing to great but I’m working on it and trying to get ready for uni come October. Last year of uni! Gosh, how scary eek. Right now I’ve been working on actually writing again, which is a bit of a shock to my system. I love it though
Also!! Redecorated my desk space and organised my book shelves. Very happy with it 📚

october 4th 2020 - after a three week long break (two weeks of which consisted of mock exams lol) I am slowly getting back into a routine. slow sunday morning with some civil law.
