some people will be like “I wonder why fanfic writers don’t share their works anymore😔” and then this is them when a writer is kind enough to share something they write — as a hobby, for their own enjoyment — with them for free.

some people really don’t realize how privileged they are that they get fanfics for free. imagine having access to something for free because someone is kind enough to share it with you… and then being rude, entitled and an ungrateful pos to that person who was kind enough to share their creation with you for free

“almost 1 year is a lil too much for me” fuck off. fanfic writers don’t owe you anything. one of my favorite fics was updated after 13 years, and what I did is that I thanked the author for choosing to continue the work, I didn’t act like a spoiled toddler by asking why they didn’t update sooner. and even if a writer chooses to abandon their fic permanently with no explanation, that is their choice, their hobby, their decision. they don’t owe your entitled ass anything.

you people let tiktok rot your brains to the point you see everything as content farm and engagement. not a piece of art created by the artist’s love and passion. it’s dystopian.

the best fanfiction you've ever read was written by a woman in her 40s before she made dinner for her kids. it was written by a teenager after school when they should've been studying for a history test. and a barista came up with the idea while they cleaned the espresso machine and busser fact-checked it on their break and the post-doc edited between writing grant proposals and the nurse apologized for typos in the notes after a long shift and behind every drabble and one-shot and multi-chapter fic there is a person with a wonderful and interesting and chaotic life and it is such a privilege that we get to be apart of it because they decided to do this thing we all share, for fun.

Okay, so I I was on wookiepedia, not writing, and ended up on the page where it tally's everyone's kill counts, and saw this:

And I thought, "That can't be right" and looked into it further, and it only had her Season 1 kills.

So, naturally, I went on Youtube and found this video that details the Bad Batch's kill count for all 3 seasons, and it puts Omega at ~21.

Then I realized that the video fail to calculate the casualties caused by the zillo beast, for which Omega is directly responsible, and I looked up the bit of dialogue in which Scorch reports the number of troopers that were taken out by the zillo, which he said was a total of "2 divisions".

Now, according to Wookiepedia, one division consists of 5,000-10,000 soldiers.

So, in total, at the tender age of baby ~13 years out of the tube, Omega's REAL kill count is somewhere along the lines of approximately 10,021-20,021 (clankah's included).

Good Omens Ended!

Honestly I loved the ending. But it was so obvious they shortened it down to fit the time limit. It almost felt like an anime recap episode. It would have been amazing with 6 actual episodes. Nevertheless, i am very happy to have what we got. I can't believe it's over.

hey yall i just broke another tooth :(

hi im echo and my seizures have caused immense damage to my teeth, i currently have three broken teeth, and another that was already removed by an organization that does free dental care (they could only renove the one tooth, they wouldnt help with anything else unfortunately) my seizures have caused micro fracturing in my teeth, which has caused me to get cavities much easier as well, this making my teeth extremely weak and brittle. my insurance doesnt cover dental

so i am hoping to go to mission of mercy or do some medical tourism in mexico. I am on disability because of my seizures and other health issues so i dont make enough to get it fixed myself. either way i need to raise money to be able to afford to go get this done.
