the funny thing about the whole gloach thing is that it's straight up just my friend. it's not my oc or creature. it belongs to my friend moonlight glow, where somehow our friend group had butchered her name from "glow" all the way to "gloach". i draw her oc a lot bc the design and colours are simple and shes my friend so its nice to. at some point i just started drawing her as a little weird bird thing because i like weird bird things.

it's funny bc people keep asking for gloach merch bc of my tweets or youtube posts or my streams and stuff. really though thats just my friend the gloach! maybe she can make merch about it sometime.

I never watched the entire my little pony cartoon, just watched I think one or two episodes where they become human for some reason, on YouTube, and I wonder:

Everypony in that cartoon is a pony right? They can be whatever height and they're still called a pony right?? So like, do we ever see a full blown horse? Like, does anyone there ever gets called a horse? Full height horse? I assume a horse would be considered a eldritch horror, impossibly tall to all the other ponies (ponyes?) it just spawns being a tall creature. It would be like, the analog horror version of a pony, someone made an analog horror with that in it and called it horse, or something like that

Enlighten me.

ermm well acktually ☝️🤓 theres non pony creatures too like yaks and dragons and griffons etc so theres more than just ponys. as for horses you could argue that princess celestia is a horse as she is one of the largest equines in the series but shes never referred to as one due to being an alicorn (winged unicorn). i dont think the word "horse" is used all that much in the series really

the closest thing to actual horses in mlp is probably the saddle arabians (insane name i know) they seem to have closer proportions to actual horses than ponys and notably do not have cutiemarks like the ponies do

however later on another saddle arabian appears with a horn implying they are magical in some nature and not actual horses, it is unclear if he has a cutiemark
