My life is so sad that when I’m asked about what I’ve been up too lately it’s just so depressing. I’m so depressing and it makes everyone sad.
Listen up bitches cos your gal just found her new favourite low calorie meal. This big ass portion is only 121.5 cal!!
All of the ingredients above make two big portions (could easily be four small meals) and everything totals 243 calories.
Barenaked noodles (24) Blue dragon stirfry sauce (126) King prawns (93)
Put the noodles in the pan first, then your pre cooked king prawns, then the sauce. The best thing about this is, as long as your noodles are a low calorie brand (like less than 50 cal ideally, I know they have some good brands in the US but these were the cheapest I could find in the UK), you can swap prawns for chicken or swap the sauce for soy or something lower calorie.
Anyway guys, it was delicious. So good. The noodles are a different texture to normal egg noodles but they’re lovely.
honey and oat cookie
This recipe has approximately 70 calories per cookie but they’re really good and makes 20 so you can easily share. you can also add raisins or chocolate chips to this recipe for extra flavour
Ingredients
100g porridge oats
3tbsp honey
50g light brown sugar (or sweetener)
100g self raising flour
60g sunflower spread (or margerine)
Method
preheat oven to 180c
in a medium pan, melt the sunflower spread, sugar and honey together gently
careful place the oats and flour into the pan and stir until everything is incorporated fully
the mix will be sticky as it is still warm so it will be difficult to roll into balls at this stage, so instead I use a teaspoon to scoop a ball onto a lined baking tray, keeping in mind that they do spread a bit so not too closely
place them into the oven and cook for approximately 7-8 minutes
allow to cool for a few minutes on the tray as they need time to firm up before being moved onto a cooling rack
plate up and enjoy your treat ♡

The Lemon Cayenne Wakefulness Potion
Real world is kicking my ass, but in a “let’s run this marathon!!! Yay!!” way, instead of a “you work 16 hours what do you get” way. Having to get up early, and work for long hours, AND be mentally and creatively alert, is a tall order, even if you enjoy your work. I got this recipe from a Tess Whitehurst book, and it’s both cleansing and fueling - best drank in the morning when you wake up. This thing will clear your throat and get you pumped, magickally and mundanely.
Ingredients: Lemon, honey, cold water and ice, cayenne pepper
Put some ice in your glass - the potion is 100% more delicious cold.
Squeeze out your lemon into the glass. You may want to use half the lemon, depending on your glass size.
Put in a small dollop of honey, and some cayenne pepper. I like to put in an entire small teaspoon for the clearing kick, but a generous shaking will do.
Fill the glass with cold water, and stir. Enjoy!

This is a huge immune system booster. I take a condensed shot of this(just a half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper, some lemon juice and a bit of water in a shot glass) when I feel like I’m getting sick and most of the time I’m fine by the next day. My brother and I call it a Hell Shot.
