Do not push it away, nor bypass your tears with spiritual gloss. Instead, hold space for them and sit with your sorrow. Let your pain speak, for it is the echo of a Soul that knows change is unfolding. The old is dying to make way for the new. You cannot carry density into a higher vibration. And so, letting go is essential. Let go of guilt. Let go of shame. Release the belief that you are not enough. Release the need to be right. Lay down the armor that has kept your heart hidden. Let go of the version of you that had to survive. You no longer need to live in survival, because the Fifth Dimension is not about reacting, it is about creating. You are not here to replay old stories; you are here to write new ones. The shift is already underway. It is not in the future — it is NOW. The Earth herself is vibrating higher. That is why time feels strange, why bodies feel different, and why old systems are crumbling. The veil is thinning, and we are beginning to see with the EYES OF THE SPIRIT.
