How did Frankie first meeting with Woody went?,did he thought she was cannibal like other sid other toys at first?

ohhh yes... he most definitely thought they were, to be honest I dont think he noticed her much, I guess he was too scared to notice anything, but then he asked sids toys to help him out with buzz, and then he noticed them a little

Frankie was very quiet, she didnt speak the whole time woody and buzz were there, as sids other toys didnt either.

i think the first time they met was just pretty casual, and then the second time, where Frankie ended up with Andy, which then Frankie opened up more and started talking (Woody 100% thought she couldn't speak beforehand)
