I drew this and idk how. I’m a music major. But I was thinking of aftg and how I pictured Neil and I wanted to see what it would look like sketched out and now I have this and it’s exactly how I picture him and idk how it happened...? But I blame sleep deprivation. But yeah bad technique from zero training and one beginners art class.

Thoughts and prayers go out to all involved in the shootings yesterday in Orlando. Hoping that justice is found and peace is returned.

With my health not exactly up to par and everything spiraling about, recent news on such matters have truly made me start to crack, but very few people are in on this information while everyone else is given a smile and a "fine" for now. I don't want to be anything other than fine so that's what i call it for now.

Prayer journal of the night. Psalm 23 reminds us that God is our shepherd and we should not fear. Fear is such a powerful thing in my life especially and lately it's very close to overwhelming so every night I sit down and make a promise that as long as I live, God will be in my life, and as long as He is in my life, I will not give up on hope or reason to continue. Because no matter what, I continue to live for God through rain or shine.

Every Sherlock needs a Watson. I think Sherlock is so loved because Benedict portrays Sherlock Holmes as someone less accepted by society due to being "different" by things such as heightened intelligence and lack of social skills and etiquettes which is something that is hard to find in current characters. He thinks and functions so differently and for that he is a "freak" and more often than not, he is alone. He becomes relatable for many mental (less credited/publicized) problems. But Watson comes along and he doesn't have to be alone. Sometimes Sherlock hurts others unintentionally and Watson is there for him still though offering corrections and possibly lessons once in a while. Still the two remain close friends and Watson's loyalty makes Sherlock prioritize and respect him higher than anyone else. He treasures this friendship, a trait that is beautiful in itself for there are few relationships more pure and strong than one which is truly and unconditionally treasured. There are many Sherlock's in our world though they often keep it hidden. The only ones they will ever let the honor of seeing their true selves will be the Watsons in their lives. For all those Sherlock's out there, I hope dearly that you find a Watson whom you treasure.
