Hey guys, I welcome you to the Fall Fitblr Challenge.
I got this idea from @mystoryfortheaudienceoftheworld and @evolutionofacosfitter, so thanks to them!Ā
However, this challenge is gonna be a little different. Not only will this challenge run from the beginning of September until the end of November, it will not only include fitness related challenges but mental health and gratitude challenges as well.Ā
The challenges will include:Ā
Workouts
Meditation Challenges
And posts of gratitude and positive thoughts
You will be put into teams of 5-10 (depending on how many people reblog this post) and will be able to gain points each week that add up towards the end of the month goal according to how many reps of the workouts you do, how many minutes of mediation/yoga, and how many topics of gratitude you post. We (my collab partner @fromfattofitt and I) will be giving you topics each week to talk about. At the end of the challenge, the top standing team will get screenshot promotions on both of our blogs (my followers are fairly active) for each team member, as well as a blog makeover from me if wanted, and the rest of the standing teams will receive promotions to our blogs in lists of your teams! This way, everyone has a chance to gain some followers, and you all get a little reward on how well youāve all done.

WOWZA I just tracked a binge ?!!?! and it was not goood!!!! definitely makes pay more attention
i weighted myself for the first time in three weeks because iāve been avoiding the scale because iāve been eating trash and not working out so i was stressed i gained like 60 pounds (dramatic, i know) but i didnāt gain weight i just didnāt lose any :/
