She couldn’t help but raise an eyebrow at his question. Eyes followed him as he circled the room over and over. “What do you mean by that exactly?”

"Well..." He stopped by the window, fingers clamping on the window sill as he stared at the night sky. It didn't look any different from what he'd look at in his home world, but was it really the same? Were the stars shining upon them the same, too, the constellations and galaxies suspended in time and place but unchanged in any other way?
