“Is that so?” Megatron asked, his helm tipped slightly to the side, a smirk playing at his derma “I’ve been called worse” He shrugged “But I am curious, why do you think I am a monster?” He asked, he always liked to know since everyone had something different.

Megatron gave a gracious smile, taking the plate he was offered.

“Yeah” He admitted “I forgot how rambunctious they could be” He picked at the cake, he wasn’t super hungry but also didn’t want to seem rude. “I hope the others don’t get too upset.” He felt a little bad that they would only be adopting Swiftstep.

🐺It was very early cycle when Megatron had gotten a emergency comm :M-Megatron, it’s Sparklock. Something happened to Bio. He brought in three sparklings they are in need of a medic, I tried to figure out what happened but he locked himself in the wash room and won’t come out. Please help:

The comm had come at a surprisingly good time for Megatron. He was just departing the transport from Trypticon Prison. It still surprised him every morning that they let him out of his cell but he knew that both Rung and Optimus had pulled some strings with the higher ups to get him more freedom.

::I’ll be there soon:: He promised the young bot. He wanted to transform and fly to the care center as fast as he could but while he was still in view of the enforcers he forced himself to walk calmly, not a hard feet for a mech who was used to deceiving onlookers, but it made his spark twist with anxiety.

Away from the optics of his captors, Megatron reached the care center quickly. Landing with a practiced grace outside the door, he swiftly entered.

“Where is he, Sparklock?” He asked, keeping his voice calm. The young bot sounded a little panicked and Megatron doubted seeing an adult worried would make his fears worse.

“Alright then” Megatron nodded, heading to the kitchen with Swiftstep “I hope you’ll be helping me prepare?” He asked the cheetabot, he could probably do it on his own but he would prefer the help of the sparklings, especially Swifstep. “Wildwest, if you need any help, just call” He added, glancing at the centaur.

🐾 The centuar youngling simply gave Megatron a quick thumbs up before he went back to pushing the tub “ Sure!….though I don’t know how to make waffles and pancakes “ Swiftstep said with a soft whimper behind her voice, normally the she and the others weren’t allowed in the kitchen when Biohazard made their food. After one to many accidents that happened, it was somehow a miracle the kitchen had survived through so much that happened “ Bio doesn’t like us going into the kitchen while he is cooking, not after the time that Folktale didn’t turn the sink off and the center almost got flooded “

“Don’t worry, I’ll teach you” Megatron assured her, he felt a little conflicted hearing that Biohazard didn’t let the sparklings help him in the kitchen. It made sense as they could get hurt, energon was still very explosive and it hard to keep it from exploding and pay attention to a bunch of kids at the same time, however Megatron also felt that they should be teaching the sparklings how to survive on their own and knowing to cook was very important. “Luckily, Bio isn’t awake right now” He winked at the cheetabot.

🐱 Swiftstep giggles as she winks playfully back at Megatron “ You’re the best Megs! “ She said with the brightest smile that she could make, her little engines in her chassis rumble into a soft purr while she leans against the warlord on the way to the kitchen. Titan and the others were playing in the living area to busy themselves while they waited, among them was Folktale who perked up when she saw Megatron and Swiftstep

The mute centuar glaops over to the two and walls besides Megatron, even though it was quite difficult with her much short legs compared to the grey colored mech. Folktale wanted to join along in what the two were going to do

The former warlord grinned at the new company.

“I see we have another set of hands to help “ He didn’t mind the young centaur tagging along, but he hoped Swiftstep wouldn’t be upset that it wasn’t going to be just the two of them. “We have a lot of breakfast to make,” He noted with a grin.

🐾 The youngling was slightly annoyed that it wasn’t going to be just her and Megatron, but she couldn’t blame Folktale in wanting to join along to experience the fun. Folktale didn’t often get to hang out with Swiftstep or the others in the center, often. The small centuar had health problems that kept her from spending much time with the other sparklets

“ Megs, how did you learn to cook? “ Swiftstep spoke up, she was quite curious as to how the former warlord knew how to make delicious food. The cheetahbot had asked Biohazard, some time ago. To which his reply was simply ‘ My older siblings taught me ‘

Gathering up some of the ingredients he would need, Megatron didn’t reply at first. He couldn’t remember when he started cooking.

“I figured it out on my own” He replied “I was tired of the same kind of energon all the time so I started to learn how to cook, I had a lot of free time when I was younger” As a gladiator, the wait between training and fighting were long and boring for a mech used to working every waking hour.

🛩 “ Hey Megas! “ The young shuttle ran over to the former warlord before coming to a clumsy halt at Megatron’s ped “ I was wondering if you could teach me how to fly! Biohazard tried to make Noble train me but the big dummy injuried his wing doing something stupid “ Titan huffs (W-Wolf-nanny)

Megatron smiled, it had been a while since he had flown as a jet, but he refused to humor the idea that he had forgotten.

“Of course!” He nodded, finding it a little funny that the Predacon tried to teach a shuttle to fly. From what he understood, they were different enough that even had Noble succeeded, Titan would have had a hard time learning from him. “Though it may not be wise to refer to Noble as a ‘big dummy,’ “ he scolded lightly.

🛩 “ Well he is a big dummy! “ Titan huffed even louder “ I mean half the stuff he does when you’re not around.....it makes me question if he even has a processor “ The shuttle looked like he would go on a full on rant about the predacon but he stopped to loudly ex vented and toke a few seconds to allow himself to calm down before taking again

“ I would greatly appreciate it “ Titan said in a more calmer voice, he stares up at the mech and almost started to glare at him. Biohazard had been teaching him some exercises to help control his anger though he didn’t want to mention it too Megatron, he didn’t want to look weak to the former warlord

Megatron watched the young shuttle, though he kept his expression neutral a weight settled in his spark as he saw how easily the sparkling was drawn into his anger. It scared him because he knew he was once the same way and to see a mech so young be inflicted with what Megatron had deemed a curse seemed unfair.

“It’s no problem, I find flying very relaxing.” Megatron smiled “Though we should go somewhere that has a little more room, how far along are you in your flight practice?”

🛩” I know how to start my thrusters and can hover for short brusts “ The shuttle said with a disappointed tone “ I know it’s almost short to nothing for a bot my age, but I dont really have good teachers or a decent place to even fly “ Titan huffs loudly, turning his helm so that he wasn’t looking at Megatron. Thinking that the former warlord thought that he must be stupid or weak

“ I’m practically useless “ Titan mutters to himself which causes his wings to lower themselves slightly

Megatron nodded slightly as Titan explained what he knew.

“That is a good start” He commented “Learning to fly doesn't matter on your age, I didn’t learn to fly until I was a few million years old.” Megatron explained, holding his servo to the shuttle “Let's go find somewhere where there is enough room for you to practice flying” He smiled, hoping to raise the young one’s confidence

🛩 The youngling was a bit hesitant on taking Megatron’s servo, even though he looked up to the former warlord in many ways. Deep down he was scared that Megatron would likely tease him or even worse leave him if he couldn’t actually get a hold of being able to fly

Titan hated admitting to others that he seeked their attention and approval, especially after he blows up over small things “ F-Fine but if Bio finds out that we ran off without telling him, then I am leaving him to you “ The shuttle states with his cheek plates slightly puffed out when he places his small hand into Megatron’s

Megatron smiled, Titan’s servo was larger than Havoc’s but Megatron wondered if maybe his heir’s would have been this big had he survived.

“If Bio finds out, I will take all responsibility” He assured the youngling “You aren’t going to get into trouble for wanting to learn how to fly.”

🛩 Titan couldn’t help but to be taken back slightly, he didn’t actually think that Megatron would agree to take Biohazard’s wrath if it came down to it. Maybe the former warlord did actually care about him after all “ G-Good...” The youngling wasn’t sure of what else to say, he didn’t have any harsh comebacks or snie remarks comment back

The shuttle’s wings twitch slightly as his grip on Megatron’s hand tightens, he follows after the large mech and walks by his side

Megatron stopped as they reached a relatively large space, some old foundations suggested that this had been some kind of neighborhood once but it had long been leveled and left to rust. It would give them enough space for Titan to have a runway so he could get off the ground, though Megatron had wished he had snagged something the youngling could crash into. Bio would be even more unhappy if Titan came back covered in dents.

“Alright, with jets you need to gather speed first or you will not be able to get off the ground. How about you try taxing around so you can get the feeling of how to move on the ground in your alt mode”

“Megatron... why didn’t you offline Starscream when he first betrayed you? And they did you give him so many chances as well?”

“I tried to offline that petty seeker the very moment I could. It came as a great surprise when he returned from the dead to once again attempt to seize control of the Decepticons to me. Rest assured, I did not give him a chance of redemption.”

“Then way didn’t you sent someone... more capable to offline him?” The rogue Autobot grind a little

“I am more than capable of dealing with such an insignificant insect such as Starscream. His spark chamber was empty but he returned regardless. I would be more than happy to give you a demonstration on how easily it is for me to extinguish a mech’s spark”

Omegasky laughs a little, “oh I love to see a demonstration but I believe it’s hard to kill a target with more spring in their step” she grinds arrogantly a little

Megatron narrowed his optics, watching the little Autobot prance around like some proud Equinoid. “Please, you aren’t worth the energon. No, I’ll give you a demonstration when I feel like it” He didn’t know enough about this femme to know of any mechs she might be close to, they would make for a much more meaningful demonstration of his prowess then if he wasted his time trying to terminate the arrogant little pest.

Omegasky was still grinning, “awww how disappointing... I had heard so much of you Lord Megatron. Oh well I guess I’ll hang around, what you say Lord Megatron? I am quite fun to be around with” she chuckled

Megatron, despite his best efforts, broke a little smirk when she used his title. “Of course” He nodded “I doubt you would leave anyway” He waved his servo dismissively “Since you’re going to be around anyway, what is your name?”

The femme turn and said as she bow, “I’m Omegasky Alpha Sparkeater” 2 long tails came out of her back and shows them to him in a nonthreatening way, she looked like any other Cybertronain unlike the story of that sparkeater look like. “I hope knowing what I am exactly won’t cause any problems, Aside from what I am. How may I assist you against the Autobot?” She had a dark smirk on her face as she said that last part

Despite his neutral expression, Megatron’s plating prickled ever so slightly at the mention of a sparkeater. He had heard stories of the creatures but he never had faced one before.

“A sparkeater you say?” He smirked slightly “You could be of use to me” He mused his optics studying the femme in a new light “What kind of power do you possess? I have never met a sparkeater before and I am curious about what you might be capable of, I am happy to call up a test subject if you need a living bot to demonstrate”

Omegasky stand up right she didn’t pay attention to his expression but she did listen how his park pulses.

Her tails move from side to side gracefully not touching the cold floor. “Mmm it’s hard to describe my abilities. I can hear the slightest of spark pulses I can tell if someone is lying by listening to their spark but I believe that isn’t important. I’m 20 times stronger then any Bot on the galaxy in my true form as an Alpha.”

The sparkeater thinks about his offer then says, ”If you don’t mind this place becomes extremely messy but as long the subject can handle a strike from my tails and if I may ask, may I have the spark then?” She ask

Megatron gave a small grin

“I do believe that any mess will not be an issue” He assured her “And of course, you may have their spark when you are done.” He sent a silent message to the guards to bring up one of their autobot prisoners. If everything went as he believed it would, he would not only have a new member of the Decepticons but also vital information that until then they have not been able to extract from their captives. “Your subject will be here shortly” He told her, trying not to sound eager. Things still could go wrong.

Megatron blinked twice, trying to determine where he was. It looked like Earth, but it wasn’t where he knew.

“Lugnut,” He commed, static met his words, “Lugnut respond!” It wasn’t like the dense brute not to reply immediately to his call. He growled in annoyance, Primus knew why the Spacebridge sent him to Earth and definitely not Luna Two.

“Fragging Autobots and their slagging Spacebridge,” He cursed.

Megatron gave her a kind smile, slowly lifting her up to about his shoulder height, digits slightly curling so she didn’t accidentally tumble off.

“Do you see your mummy?” He asked, scanning the horizon for any humans that the child might belong to.

She looked around, scanning every area until she saw something.

"Mummy! Mummy there! Daddy! Daddy too!" She squealed happily as she pointed at an area near the other hill. A Japanese human couple looking for her. Their distant voices could be heard for miles.

"Rai! Karai!!" A man's voice.

"My baby!! Where are you, Karai!!!" A woman's tearful voice called out.
