Erbery - Design for Coming Soon Shop (2010)

Interior design, the ceiling was a digital print on a kind of textil paper. The rest of decorations were principally made in vynil (stickers). At the moment i’m still working on the shop design. The french magazine Be Street (n°8) made an interview about the shop.

Bob Tillieux, also known as Erbery, is a freelance graphic designer born and raised in Liège, Belgium. He began studying the art of Printing and Graphic Design at the age of 13, finished his studies in 2008 and straight away began a freelance career. “My work is really flexible, of course I’ve got my own style which is a combination of childlike / ‘ignorant’ drawings and clear vector lines with a bunch of 70-80’s colours.” When he works with clients – even when they contact him for his particular style – he wants to create a strong structural identity, trying to interpret the clients’ ideas into something beautiful and meaningful. His influences come from everywhere, from Pop / Contemporary art to the Bauhaus school. “I really enjoy graffiti, especially the old school ones.” His essentials would include pen and paper, a good scanner, and Adobe Creative Suite. He’s been working two years with his good pal to create their brand, ‘Câpres & Anchois’, which they launched three months ago and already have four retailers including the store, ‘Blackrainbow Paris.’ “I’m really excited about that project; it’s a dedication to create a brand which carries our particular vision of the current streetwear and sportswear game.
