May you live long enough to know why you were born.
you will not feel stuck forever. you’re actually slowly but steadily moving forward in ways you don’t always notice.
It's easy to compare ourselves to other people's visible successes! But underneath the surface, we realize it's not a comparison at all. We can all succeed in different ways. 🥕✨

Small habits 🫐
* Make your bed each morning to create an immediate sense of order.
* Drink a glass of water after waking up to start the day feeling refreshed.
* Open the curtains to let in natural light and boost your mood.
* Get dressed in clean, comfortable clothes even if you're staying home.
* Spend five minutes tidying the room you use most often.
* Wash your face and complete a simple skincare routine (cleanser, moisturizer, spf)
* Brush and style your hair.
* Keep a to-do list in a frequently checked place so tasks don't stay in your head all day.
* Put dishes directly into the dishwasher or wash them after use.
* Wipe down kitchen counters before leaving the kitchen.
* Spend a few minutes stretching to improve posture and reduce stiffness.
* Check the weather and plan tomorrow's outfit in advance.
* Return items to their proper place as soon as you're done using them.
* Do one small task you've been putting off to build momentum.
* Freshen up your living space with open windows or a pleasant scent.
* Dirty dishes belong in the sink/dishwasher, not on the table or counter.
* Empty wrappers/packaging belong in the trashcan, not on the floor or table.
* Plan and prep your meals before hunger hits.
* Put laundry away promptly instead of letting it sit in baskets for days on end.
* Practice standing and sitting with good posture throughout the day.
* End the evening with a quick reset of your home before bed.
* Don’t leave stuff on tables for more than 24 hours. Accept that you’re not using it right now and put it away or sit down and complete the task.
You show a cat something and they're like sniff sniff sniff sniff sniff sniff sniff ooooh I understand now. Don't care
