Help Me Make Rent, Again

Once again I’m being screwed over by my (now ex) university; I owe them money, thus they’re holding my transcript hostage and making it impossible for me to transfer to the vet tech program I can get into scot-free (in comparison to their exorbitant prices)

I’m working full-time at the moment, but with increased medicine costs—in no parts thanks to being unable to access the student clinic anymore due to transferring—and the university’s nonsense, I won’t have enough for rent, which is $320.
