[He slips his notebook and laptop into his bag – because, honestly, he’s been ready to leave since he got out of bed this morning – and stands.] How many more classes do you have today?
Who cares?  I’m good to blow off the whole day if you are.
[He grins at Jackson, before checking the time on his phone. He sighs.] I can’t believe I’m saying this – but you want to skip class and get tacos?
I’d rather miss a class than actually sit through it right now.
I am so into that idea.  Let’s go.
Yeah, I guess. Thank you.
Hey, it’s just a fact.  But you’re welcome.
No. I was thinking more along the lines of “most of this just seems like common sense, so why do I actually need this class.”

Uh, boring. I mean, there are some interesting ones, but for the most part, they’re pretty dull.

Just because I am acing them doesn’t mean I am enjoying them.  Okay, fine, some of them are fine.  But others...ugh, who wants to sit around and question life all the time?
Hardly. [He laughs, shaking his head.] And, you know, I don’t actually disagree with you. I’m kind of over classes today.
Hey, really? Â That makes me feel like a little less of a slacker.
English homework. I wanted to get it out of the way before I end up swamped with assignments. [He finishes up the correction on his homework, before setting the notebook down and looking up at Jackson.]
Is this your free period, or are you missing class?
[Jackson laughs.]  That’s why you’re the genius of the group.  It’s my free period, but I am ready to be done with class today.
[Jackson slides into the seat across from Danny and grins.] Â What are ya working on?

Jackson: Obviously. I'd say sooner, but we're getting into Thanksgiving and Black Friday.

Scott: I completely missed philosophy yesterday, and zoned out in the previous class, so I'm preeeetty lost on what we're going over. I don't want to, like, steal your notes or anything, but is there anyway you can bring me up to speed?
Jackson: Yeah, sure, no problem. I hate that class, but I take notes. Want to go over them this weekend?
