Even how tough your day would be, do not forget to think of yourself. Do not forget to ask yourself how are you. If others would not do that for you, do not be upset. Better things would come along your way and the best thing you can do today is to remind yourself that it is okay to rest. Do not force yourself upon doing something you're not yet comfortable with.
