Some of the most fun ive had working on a piece like this before

I will ALWAYS be a shipper of the reds, blues, and greens.

I know on a surface level it seems basic and expected but there is a depth to each of these ships that is soooo profound to me. They feel like perfect halves. The boys and the girls are these created beings with assigned purpose and an incredible amount of power. Each of them has expectations placed on them, good or bad. The expectation of heroism or destruction, the power that they have leaves them incredibly isolated from others inherently.

The idea that the only other person who could understand them, Relate to what they go through, who knows what this odd feeling is when weaker beings inflict pain and stress on you and then you either can’t, or don’t fight back against it. The person who understands the loneliness that results when you are either placed on a pedestal or looked at as subhuman.

That person being your enemy. The one you were created to fight.

They resemble each other so much both physically and potentially psychologically (depending on your chosen hcs for the boys)

The potential for angst and a love story so profound it destroys me specifically. I feel it in my soul.
