the natural lifespan of a fandom is unlimited. when well tended a fandom can be functionally immortal. and yet everywhere you look you see newly bred fandoms withering and dying when they’re barely a year old. barely even six months old. fans are looking at their six month old fandoms and saying i think it’s on its last legs, should i euthanise it? when with the proper care that fandom could outlive them for decades. it’s sad. sad state of affairs we’re in.

Thank you everyone for the kind suggestions, I ended up being a lot more tired when I wasn't busy so I didn't really do something based on all of 'em, but some of them did really get my brain juices going. I should have more time on my hands for drawing and fucking around in general in the near future so hopefully I'll be able to flesh out some ideas I've been sitting on for a whiiiiiile and share them with y'all.

if u are ever stuck in a story u need to remembr that a piece of paper is quite generously proportioned in the x and y directions. so if you tryto escape a story by living it youll keep going and going a long time and never make it out. but in the z direction it is tightly limkted. so you simply need to stack stories on stories on stories until the page bursts and you r free. scheherazade knew this
