Tip for regressors!!!

If you don't have a caregiver to read you stories, try audiobooks.

They can come from the library. Either physical audiobooks or digital audiobooks. (There are apps for library e-audiobooks.)

Listening to audiobooks can feel like someone reading you a story, like a caregiver reading to you.

It can be a comfort and a way to keep calm and small. I love it for myself, maybe you will love it too.
