"Sunset Over Horseshoe Bend" // Grand Canyon, Arizona. ▫️▫️▫️ I've always dreamed of visiting this tremendously beautiful place, and finally made the adventure with @hanbnan86 ❤️. This is a photo I took during a spectacular sunset there. It goes without saying that its even more breathtaking in person, but the scale is impossible to truly comprehend. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ At a mile across and 1000 feet deep, it's a challenge to capture and represent the enormity of this unbelievable landscape. I've seen many amazing photos online using wide angle lenses from lookout point, but I had never seen an aerial perspective. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For a sense of scale, check out the tiny pathway at the bottom of frame. That's a ~15ft wide dirt trail leading to the lookout. You may even be able to see a couple people standing around the rim!
