hey can we talk about how absolutely fucked it is that smeyer made leah suffer in a thousand ways but one specific way is that due to the pack’s mind link she has to feel the resentment and hatred and avoidance the entire pack has for her.. for herself. she is forced to hate herself. she doesn’t have a choice in the matter, they all dislike her because of how negative she is all the time since it makes them feel negative, but they are literally making it so she has to dislike herself!!!!!

not to be incredibly soft and sad but. edward, knowing that human memories fade over time, wrote down every detail of esme’s baby’s face so that even if she did forget what he looked like, he’d be able to describe him to her.

years later she uses edwards description to sketch him, desperate for a look at her baby that she still misses so much. when she’s finished, she shows edward and he smiles bc “that could be a photograph, esme”

5) I am absolutely terrified of bugs. Every type, even butterflies. The only bugs I can tolerate are ants and invertebrates like worms. But not centipedes 🤢
