But wait! There’s MORE!
These are beyond Beautiful 💙☄️🌌⚖️🏺
I'm not usually one to notice the subtleties and such until pointed out by others but this struck me so I wanted to share.
IFTYE: she is talking about a partner who turned on her when things got tough and moving forward from that.
Cruel Summer: She feels so unlovable that it must be bad news for her new boyfriend to hear that she loves him. Case in point : And I scream, "For whatever it's worth I love you, ain't that the worst thing you ever heard?" but he smiles!
Lover: perfectly imperfect, this is the opposite of the first relationship shown. They are there for one another, no matter what.
Paper Rings: this is my current favourite on the album. It speaks to me of a fun, solid, mature relationship where they recognize that they both have pasts and those pasts have brought them to where they are now. It also speaks to me of a couple who is ready for a marriage not just a wedding.
Cornelia Street: she is so happy but because this love feels so different than all the others she is also aware that if it ever ended that would be a pain worse than any other. That thought is terrifying.
London Boy: they enjoy doing normal couple things together. They hang out with his friends and at pubs. Again, very light hearted and solid.
Afterglow: she is willing to own her part in their disagreements and does not want to sabotage this relationship.
Daylight: she has come through the darkness to realize that love is bright and happy. It is not black and white, it is not burning red, it is pure daylight. She knows that he is not going to leave and that she can "tell the truth but never goodbye".

THANK YOU FOR BEING THE BEST FRIEND EVER @taylorswift 💗 hejejsjfjajjf icannotbreathe
Omg this makes my day so much lighter. I needed this today 💖
@taylorswift I hope you’re holding up well so far in quarantine. I hope this time has been beneficial for you like it has for many of us, allowing time to self-reflect, spend quality time with family, relax, read, practice hobbies, write music perhaps in your case? One thing that’s exceedingly challenging in this situation is celebrating a birthday. Today my younger daughter turns 6, and although she’s disappointed she can’t have a class party or a regular birthday party with her friends she’s still super happy and excited. I’ve tried my best to make it a special one and have gotten some of her favorite people to send her videos, more will FaceTime today. Technology is a blessing in these times!
Lauren loves you Taylor!! If you see this, would you please like this post to wish her a Happy Birthday!? It would mean the world to her! The past couple of weeks have been a rollercoaster for our family and things have been crazy! Im just a mom trying to make today the most special and memorable day I can! 💗💗
@taylornation @letsgetthesetaylorlove
@taylorswift @todrickhall please see this! Tara and her family are the sweetest ever. 💖
I’ve learned from Meredith Grey that there is only one thing that helps in stressful times: dance it off!
Try it, it really helps!
Everyone please read this. I am trying to meet Taylor Swift because of my recent cancer diagnosis. If you could spread the word that would be amazing.
Dear Taylor,
I first discovered you during the Fearless era when I was (ironically) 15. I blasted the album throughout my house so often that my dad even learned all of the words. Since then, you have been my role model and hero. I have listened to your music in times of sadness, happiness, hope, despair, and everything in between. I have followed your career with much admiration and have been an extremely loyal and enthusiastic fan. I’ve been lucky enough to see three of your shows and I have tickets to see two more during the 1989 tour.
I am now 21 years old and a senior in college. Over my Thanksgiving break, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma, which is a type of cancer. Right now, I am waiting for my treatment to be determined and I am not sure if I am going to be able to go back to school. This is absolutely not how I saw my senior year of college going and I have been having a hard time dealing with all of this.
I have a long road ahead of me and I would love to be able to meet you or talk to you. Like I said before, your music and quotes have gotten me through hard times before and I know I will be looking to your work more than ever during this journey. Taylor, you truly have been an inspiration in my life thus far and it would be my absolute dream to hang out with you during this tough time.
Fearlessly,
Brooke
P.S. I couldn’t BE more excited that you’ve been talking about your love for F.R.I.E.N.D.S now because it’s two of my favorite things ever coming together.
P.P.S. I hope you get the Chandler Bing reference.

taylorswift I had my first chemo treatment today and I brought some entertainment to get me through it!
taylorswift tree-paine I haven’t mentioned this yet, but for the past 4 years at college I’ve been heavily involved with an organization that raises money and support for pediatric cancer patients and their families. Here is a picture of me “canning” or raising money for the cause shortly before I was diagnosed myself. I never in a million years imagined I would be on the other side of the fight against cancer.
taylorswift I am truly saddened by yours news today. I know you said you wanted to keep things private and I completely understand that. But, as someone who was recently diagnosed and is currently battling cancer, I just want you to know I am here if you ever want to talk. This disease is horrible, scary, confusing, and terrifying, but I’ve found that talking to people who have been through it is the key to staying sane and positive. Seriously, I will answer any question, please don’t hesitate! My thoughts are with you and your family as you fight this horrible disease.
taylorswift my 22nd birthday is on Wednesday (4/29) and it would be the best birthday present ever if you saw my post!!!
taylorswift tree-paine
taylorswift today is my 22nd birthday and as you can see despite my circumstances, I am most definitely feelin’ 22! You seeing my post would be the best birthday present ever!
taylorswift I will be at the Philly and MetLife shows and would love to meet you!! tree-paine
taylorswift Today I graduated college. When I was first diagnosed with cancer, it did not look like I was going to be able to finish out my senior year. My doctors originally told me I could not go back to school and complete my degree. But, I was determined to finish school and graduate with my best friends. After getting a second opinion and convincing a lot of people, I decided I would go back to school while getting treated for cancer. I drove back and forth four hours every two weeks to receive chemo. I would then stay home for a few days and return to school and continue with my classes. I ended up getting a 4.0 GPA this semester despite my circumstances and graduated with highest distinction in my class. Your music and philosophies in life definitely inspired me to be “fearless” and continue to pursue my dreams in spite of my unfortunate situation and for that I will be forever grateful. I can’t wait to see you at the Philly and MetLife shows! tree-paine
taylorswift I’ll be at the Philly show on June 13th in section 111, row 7, seats 31 and 32 as well as the MetLife show on July 10th in section 116, row 15, seats 3 and 4! I would love to meet you! tree-paine
taylorswift I just bought tickets for Philly night 1 so now my seats for the tour are:
Philly night 1, section 202, row 20
Philly night 2, section 111, row 7, seats 31 and 32
MetLife night 1, section 116, row 15, seats 3 and 4
I would love to be able to say hi to you after how much you’ve helped me through this difficult year!
taylorswift I am so lucky and thankful to be healthy and I am trying to get back to living my life. However, I’m having a hard time getting back to my old self and I often find myself wondering why this happened to me. I know you have been through a lot in recent years and I would love to hear your advice!
Bringing this back 2 eras later because I am ALIVE AND LIVING WELL BITCHES
(and still haven’t met Taylor, any help spreading the word would be beyond appreciated!)
Hey Taylor!
I realized I haven’t offered much of an update on my life since being sick, so here it goes! I’m now 26 and four years out of college. Pictured is my and my ~lover~ who I’ve been with for almost 3 years. He is the best person I’ve ever met and I couldn’t be luckier. Besides that, I now have a job in my desired field and have been focusing on travel, friends, and family. I know you’ve been through darkness and have come out thriving on the other side, and I’d love to talk to you about that!
@taylorswift @taylornation
hey taylor please know we will always be here and you never ever have to go back to that place of thinking for a second we will stop liking you for being a human being, that is what makes us feel connected to you beyond music. we are here buddy, ride or die.
@taylorswift thank you so much for Miss Americana. I cried when you were sad and when you found happiness. I cried every time you hugged your sweet mama, knowing she’s your best friend. Thank you for showing us so much of you. ❤️ I love you.
Allow me to introduce you to one of the strongest Swifties in this fandom. I know that’s a bold statement but please read on and find out why I feel that way. Madeline is a Swiftie through and through. In fact, she has a @taylorswift follow here on Tumblr for the past 5 years! Check her out, @whattaylormademedo Her post was THE LAST ONE Taylor liked before her now infamous months long social media hiatus.
A little over a year ago, Madeline was suddenly struck with a rare, 1-in-1 million autoimmune neurological muscular disorder. She has gone from a vibrant, college honors student at Nazareth College to 100% bed-bound, paralyzed, and in constant pain, in one year. This illness is trying to take everything from her. She is no longer able to be exposed to light, sound, or touch. Her mother hasn’t been able to hug her daughter or hold her hand through the pain in almost a year. It is loss upon loss.
Right now they need help. Madeline currently has to travel to doctor’s appointments via a stretcher and an ambulance. However, because she is only 20 years old and not earning an income, she is on Medicaid and has to use Medicaid transportation. Unfortunately, Medicaid transportation is unreliable to say the least. They have cancelled on them six separate times in the past two months, once leaving them stuck in a closed doctor’s office on a Friday night with no guarantee that they would even come back and get them that night. And, this week Madeline was scheduled for a very important medical procedure that was to help loosen the painful muscle contractions that she has had in her feet since March 2019. But, the transportation company cancelled again leaving them no way to get her to her procedure and prolonging her excruciating pain. They had to cancel her crucial treatments, yet again.
They are in DESPERATE need of a vehicle to help her beat this horrible disease. What is needed is a van that would be adapted and could transport her by stretcher and hopefully by wheelchair in the future. They have worked out some of the price but still need about $27,000 to purchase the van that would allow them to be able to get her to and from crucial doctor’s appointments.
(The following written by Madeline’s mom Jennifer) Madeline is incredible. She is kind, driven, fearless, honest, and caring. She has been a business woman her whole life. It was apparent early on when every lemonade stand she made had a business plan. She graduated from The Young Entrepreneurs Academy at the University of Rochester when she was 11 years-old, winning a booth at Eastview mall for the holiday season because of her business plan. At 12 years-old, she launched her own hair accessories business and had her products at Parkleigh and in a few stores in Manhattan. She designed her own packaging and was researching overseas manufacturing when she decided to close her business so that she could concentrate on high school. In her senior year she did an internship at the Villa of Hope and at Moondog Labs in Fairport. After she graduated from high school, Moondog labs hired her to do marketing and public relations before she started college. She was accepted into the Honors program at Nazareth College and was studying Business Management, when her health started failing. Even though she was having unidentified health issues, she went on to get a 4.0 in her first semester, despite having to be in a wheelchair.
In February, her health challenges became so great that she had to leave school. Unable to get an answer to why her health was failing from local doctors, we traveled to New York City, Cleveland, Chicago, and finally got an answer during a two-month stay at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. We spent our life savings, our retirement, and Madeline’s college fund to get answers.
At Johns Hopkins in June 2019, Madeline was diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome, a cruel, painful, and progressive autoimmune neurological disorder. This disorder causes all of the muscles in her body to fire at once creating a painful state of paralysis, and causes her limbs to turn around to the point of breaking bones and tearing ligaments. It has been described as a full body charlie horse that doesn’t go away. She just has to learn to live with constant horrific pain. She hasn’t had relief from the constant contractions in her feet, legs, and hips in almost a full year. Sometimes she loses the ability to use her hands. Sometimes her eyes and mouth close for days and she can’t communicate at all. Sometimes her digestive system shuts down for weeks at a time and we end up back in a hospital with my husband and I splitting shifts and trying to survive.
But, Madeline is still the amazing, brilliant, kind, compassionate, driven young woman she has always been. Even though her body is failing her, she is still dreaming of a future. And, that is a future in business. And, I am trying to give it to her. If we can reliably get her to and from doctor’s appointments (some of which we must travel to Baltimore for), she has a chance at living a life before this disease progresses to her lungs and takes her from us.
Swifties, we NEED TO help this family reach their goal of buying the vehicle that will help her get treatment for this illness and begin to live her life. Please help us help Madeline so that she may someday take her place among the incredible business women of this community, like Taylor who has blazed a trail and changed all of our lives. She may be down now but she is determined. She won’t stay down. Someday she will be sitting beside us at a Taylor concert (or hopefully in Taylor’s living room at a Secret Session) singing her heart out and have the opportunity to thank Taylor, her biggest inspiration and hope in her fight.
Madeline currently has two wishes: to get the transportation she so desperately needs and to GET HER STORY TO TAYLOR. If you can’t help with the first you can certainly help with the second.
So, I have a few requests for everyone:
✨ PLEASE take a couple minutes to watch this video and get a short glimpse into her and her family’s world.
✨ PLEASE donate to her cause if you can.
✨ PLEASE share this post and tag @taylorswift and @taylornation
✨ If you have a Taylor or Taylor Nation follow PLEASE reblog this or one of her posts like CRAZY when they are online and DM them asking them to please read her story.
If you have taken the time to read this, THANK YOU! Please check out her GoFundMe and a video glimpse into her world taken by her mom after receiving a gift we had sent her. If you want to send Madeline a letter of encouragement please DM myself or @linzlovestaylor.

Also, then Taylor would not have had to deal with Kimye. Maybe Kanye but not Kimye.
Shout out to @yescs1996 for spamming me today. We rarely chat but every so often you hit up my blog and spam me and it brings a smile to my face.
It’s Nice To Have A Friend
Hey @taylorswift. The past several days have been exhausting as a Swiftie trying to get tickets to LoverFest. I posted the other day very disappointed because of the Verified Fan process. While I am still extremely disheartened about how that process transpired I am happy to say that I have secured tickets to LoverFest East and I couldn’t be happier!!! I wanted to tell you because the ONLY reason I got tickets is because of a couple of kind Swifties who helped me.
I logged in to Ticketmaster on Tuesday to try for the Capital One presale, armed with a twitter group chat alliance of friends who had all agreed whoever got in first would help shop for one another. We all got the dreaded 2000+ waitlist screen and thought NOT AGAIN. I was not optimistic. Another Swiftie DMed me on Twitter that she was able to get in and what did I need. After trying to secure a couple groups of 3 and being beat to them by fans she FINALLY got a group of 3 for me!!!! I was elated because my girls want to come see you in a full concert for the first time SO BADLY! (They were at GMA and that was their first time seeing you). This kind Swiftie is @steenyswiftie on Twitter. She’s amazing!
I was finally able to get in later on and picked up 2 PIT 2 tickets I thought for the opposite night but in my anxiety I screwed up and got them for the same night. At first I was heartbroken but realized I would need a babysitter to attend night 2. My friend/former sitter Taylor came with us to GMA and is a HUGE Swiftie and couldn’t afford LoverFest so I immediately knew what to do.
Yesterday morning as I was scrolling twitter I came across someone selling a ticket to night 2 6Th row FLOOR that was PERFECT!!! So I was able to grab it and secure a seat for night 2!!! Then I was able to help another Swiftie out by selling her my second “oops” PIT ticket from night 1.
THIS IS WHAT THIS FANDOM IS ABOUT! Friends helping friends!!! I have been retweeting anyone selling tickets trying to help others and will continue to do so. I was so disappointed in the process after Monday but so encouraged by this fandom banding together to help each other today!💗
Catch THIS CREW at LoverFest East night 1!!! We can’t wait to see you Taylor!!!
Loving the way these are turning out 😍💛
@taylorswift @taylornation
Everyone: making these super thoughtful posts to Taylor.
Me: sitting here on a Friday night at 9 PM about to grab my second glass of wine thinking about going to bed and wishing my brain wasn't oatmeal right now.
