                                       a wide smile is offered the moment the other speaks up. at least she wasn’t immediately disagreeing, which, to mabel, was a step in the right direction. ‘ wellllllll i was thinking that we could do whatever you wanted ! you know, something that’ll help me get to know you better ! it has to have the MABEL SEAL OF APPROVAL on it, though, otherwise we can’t do it because it’s probably really lame & this is supposed to be about having FUN ! ’ 

                                     ❝ oh, i ... see. ❞    this was both better and worse in different ways, of course. on one hand, ava DIDN’T have to grit her teeth and endure hours of overstimulation via one of mabel’s go-to activities. but on the other hand, ava can’t pick something like reading in the same room or watching the nature channel while the two girls shared a couch. no, no, no. mabel would never approve of something so quiet.                                      a curled hand rose to touch ava’s lips as she carefully pondered. what on earth could they both enjoy?     ❝ maybe ... maybe we could ... go to the mall? and people watch? or something?  ❞    goodness, it’s a challenge to find a middle between them, huh?

Muse A is a distinguished limnologist, passionately studying inland waters and exploring the far reaches of the globe to continue their research. While on an boat expedition down a remote, unexplored river in South America, Muse A stumbles upon a spectacular sight. Muse B, a mermaid/merman, isn’t anything average — they’re the river’s spirit, living as the river lives, lasting as long as it remains untouched. The love that forms between them is uncommon, yet stronger than the current of the river, and however they choose to deal with their obvious differences, their bond can never go away.

Although Wrathia is the ghost of an alien and not literal a ‘demon’, she is Ava’s own personal demon: confident, beautiful, evil and constantly reminding Ava of her inferiority.

I just want a roadtrip plot. I don’t care if it’s just friends, m/m, f/f/,m/f etc. relationship, siblings or any other kind of pairing. I just need a roadtrip plot. With fighting over the music, sleep arrangements in the car when a hotel/motel is nowhere close, someone being too tired and missed an exit but it’s way too late to turn around so they have to change their navigation course, all the crazy photos they take every chance they get, rock paper scissors over who is pumping gas this time and just r o a d t r i p  p l o t.
