HIII!! i was just wondering what SSC and RACK meant in your rentry? IF YOU CANT SAY IT THATS FINE!!! especially like the big t word... if you could redirect me to sonethjng that can explain it id be really greatful!!

SSC means safe, sane, consensual and RACK means risk aware consensual kink. theyre both protocols for engaging in BDSM or kink, meant to distinguish the act from actual harm or abuse.

usually theyre used as conflicting ideas because one implies you cant have any risk and the other implies your safety is your (and your trusted partners') responsibility. I use them interchangeably, personally my own experience aligns with SSC but I still believe RACK works great for kinks that CANT be engaged with entirely safely.

MAD/MADIR paraphile

an alternative name for anti-contact "harmful" paraphiles that doesnt imply the attraction itself is harmful. the idea is anti-contact and anti-abuse "big 3/5" paraphiles are MADIR paraphiles. meanwhile pro, comp, neu etc. contact paraphiles are simply sexual predators.

MADIR stands for the main focus of attraction for the big 3/5, being minors, animals, the dead, and often additionally incest, and rape

it has no other inherent stances besides being anti-contact and anti-abuse, to my knowledge.

flag colors are my associations with each aspect of MADIR from top to bottom, with the optional bluish-white representing good nature, safety over desire, fantasy and fiction, and similar ideas

also important note: while I dont want them interacting directly with this post or blog Im okay with minors with paraphilic disorders using my flag for this. Im against MIK but paraphilias are complex, not necessarily sexual and often disordered so its difficult to tackle. all I ask is dont wave it around publicly because there are so many people in the community who may wanna take advantage of you. TLDR, if youre under 18 but this idea aligns with you, feel free to still use it where I wont see it (including publicly). just stay safe with it. stay safe online in general.

Depends on what paraphilias you're referring to!

There's a lot of outlets. Roleplay, consuming or creating fiction, vent art, and "watered down" versions of your desires (ie; if you desire severe harm, then just healthy levels of masochism) can do the trick.

Common roleplays Ive seen is CNC, ageplay, petplay, and fauxcest. For particularly gorey paraphiles, I've heard of some people buying special effects stuff (false blood, false organs, false weapons, etc.)

The “No-Act” paraphilia movement is pro-consang and is pro-contact with dead bodies.

About the Dead Body thing:

In the original post it states and clarifies that both parties should be risk-aware , however, it is STILL BAD. Dead bodies CANNOT REVOKE CONSENT. The creator of the term even acknowledges that as well, once again mentioning both parties should be aware that the consent there is dubious and can still lead to harm.

So for Christ’s sake don’t make it support that?? IT CAN STILL LEAD TO HARM. Not to mention it is EXTREMELY unsanitary.

About the Consang:

Alright. This is going to be in list form because I cannot form it into a paragraph.

The previous and current family dynamics between both parties would be ruined, which can cause psychological issues.

The risk factor for abuse is higher.

If children were born, the possibility for a disorder would be higher.

The bigger power-imbalance in the relationship that may lead to abuse / toxicity.

If you’re going to be against abuse, be against ALL ABUSE. Not just the few.

its not the eugenics, its that theres literally unhealthy power dynamics no matter what. even if its siblings, or cousins

Ive known several consang survivors who repeatedly talk about how much the incest harmed them psychologically even if it was entirely consensual and had no observable power dynamics.

incestophilia happens because somewhere along the line you have an, often traumatic, family experience that starts or enables it. if your siblings or cousins are okay with that or even feel the same way, regardless, the bond is formed from trauma (a negative experience) and not love, bonds formed from negative experiences will only hurt you.

regardless, consang is popular in a lot of rural countries or areas (including my own) mostly as a predatory way to keep "the genetics", or property, or something else people are needlessly posessive over, "in the family", its quite literally familial manipulation. it is abuse.

small note, while this is an after dark blog and thus I dont want my posts interacted with by minors for anything else, I am comfortable with them openly identifying with this term ONLY if its done in a non-explicit or provocative way, such as light inspirations with themes associated with it (corset lacing, garters, belts and harnesses, sheer fabrics, slightly more skin shown than other kawaii subcultures, so long as there isnt an overt focus to the chest or genitalia). this is simply for the fact that the non-explicit aspects of this fashion have found their ways to other, sfw kawaii fashion and subcultures with the rise of vtubers. this doesnt go for anything else on my blog.
