Sesto Meucci Of Florence 6.5 Woven Italian Leather Flats A15-34-0120 Size: 6.5 M - 6 1/2 Medium Woven Leather Uppers Lining and Balance Manmade Condition: My best guess is these shoes were recently resoled and the lining replaced. The Cobbler's work is not as fine as the original. These were very expensive shoes, and I can only tell the size by a 6 1/2 sticker on the sole. I can't try them on to know if they run big or small, sorry! My photo's show every imperfection, I can find.

I removed one sole under that is foam cushion. See the photo please. Per charts on line, 6.8 inches equals a size 11.
