Looking through some old articles where the showrunners are hinting about the plot and what the characters might go through in s3... but there's not a single mention of what Max might go through, only Cooper and Lucy... I'm gonna kms, I'm so tired. I can't do this again. Seriously, I'm at my limit.

The showrunners have hinted that Cooper will get sidetracked on his way to Colorado, and that he should be careful what he wish for.

They mentioned Lucy needing to deal with Hank's black boxes. Finding out who is being influenced by them, how to reverse them, and how they tie into the Enclave's plans.

Max? Maximus, who? Not a single hint about him or his individual arc.

My ultimate copium to all of this is: if Lucy's s3 arc will focus on her dealing with Hank's plan/the mind chips, then maybe/hopefully Max’s arc will be focusing on helping out the NCR. I mean, his whole character journey so far has been leading up to him reconnecting with his roots, so hopefully, we'll see him reconnecting with the NCR in full.
