i LOVE allie-ann and your whtrj drawings! how do you replicate the kinda blurry effect older cartoons had?

First of all, thank you! I really like the series and I'm glad people are liking the show more or less! And not gatekeeping resources I use the web version of ntsc-rs, where I now do most of the vintage cartoon effect

When opening the online version (which I use), the layout would look like this and click on the right "No media loaded" and upload your images or videos ( this can work on videos too)

I'm going to use this original image of these two as an example for the "vintage cartoon" effect

After uploading the image, my settings are already in place but I do play around until I get the results I wanted

For a more compressed image you click on the box next to "resize to" to adjust it however you want

Which is going to look like this

Overall I recommend experimenting with the website however you like until you get the results you like. I hope this helps : D
