6 hours into Undertale so far and Flowey was on-screen for less than 2 minutes. Everytime I think about him, he pops up at the corner of the screen then disappears for a few hours as if that would satisfy me. I want to ask past me why the hell he's my favorite character so much that my notebooks are covered in his face drawn thousands of times

Asriel Dreemurr is Flowey. Flowey is Asriel Dreemurr. You have to accept that he's been changed and damaged and love him anyway.

you’re so cool and your asriel is so so so shape. to me. Love your expressions and the movement and life of your art as a whole. Also love the way you conceptualize flowey/asriel as one cohesive being on a timeline!!!! if that makes sense!! i completely agree that innocent goatboy asriel CANNOT be divorced from flowey because flowey is literlaly a part of his life and even if asriel came back i think elements of flowey would always be there!!! and thats the coolest part!!!!!! it makes asriel more mature and realistic yep yep yep!!!!

NOT SURE IF THIS HAS BEEN ASKED ALRESDY but what are your thoughts on that one au where frisk brings flowey up in a flowey pot !!! personally i really like that it gives flowey/azzy more chances to interact with the crew and explores how he might develop when hes removed from the purgatory of his life that was the underground!!!!!!!!

oiuuugghh thank yew sm <333 that idea of asriel/flowey being a singular character is soo central to my interpretation of his whole shtick LOL I'm really glad 2 hear :)) i think the closest thing to asriel "coming back" would be flowey somehow obtaining a soul bc the way I see it is that asriel can't "come back" because he never left in the first place he's just been calling himself flowey LAWL. and ur soo right !! liike none of his experiences would leave him or anything he will still have always acted the way he's acted and done the things he's done and seen the things he's seen etc. etc. and I don't really personally like any interpretations that somehow paint it as though it wasn't "asriel" who did those things it was "flowey" liike idk.. i dont like to give him a simple exoneration like that LMFAO... yeah to me he's just the one guy!! always has been!! he's just changed even if it was for the worse lawl

anywayz brief rant aside!! I do like floweypot aus! I don't often draw a lot of post pacifist/ au kind of stuff bc for the mosstt part I'm moreso interested in exploring how he was prior to the beginning of the game as opposed to post game?? if that makes sense (?) but don't get me wrong it's super fun and I do love to think about it. I think it's really interesting to place him in that kind of scenario where he basically HAS to move on in the very literal sense of him not having the ability to reload. and while he doesn't (for the most part) in the actual game itself, it's still an obvious crutch he falls back on because he knows that even if he can't do it, you/player/by extension Frisk probably will. and also I like how Flowey ending up on the surface is dubiously canon because of the alarm clock dialogue (i toss a coin sadly into my "alarm clock dialogue mentioned" jar) LOL I freaaking love it I love seeing him interacting with the other characters like his matching papyrus scarf and secretly helping toriel and also that one bit where he runs away when asgore shows up which is soo interesting to me.. anyway point is I am a fan I like that idea a lot :))

some of the clips are really quiet idk why and I didn't wanna fix it this was #loweffort also I have more for more characters but I didn't feel like doing that. anyways voices in order are hogarth hughes, the main guy in fight club, the collector, and stephen malkmus
