Oxygen having purity of 99.99% is used as gasifying agent in this gasification technology. This eliminates the presence of nitrogen in the final gas. Other gasification technologies use air as gasifying agent; thus, nitrogen becomes an integral part of the final gas which accounts for the lower calorific value. Gas calorific values over and above 2400 kcal/nm3 are possible only through the Entrained Flow Gasification Process.
The working process of SCALE-BAN is very simple. It makes the use of flow and chemical characteristics of water and precipitates out hardness causing salts of very small size as the water flows through SCALE-BAN. Theses salts are suspended in water because of being very light in weight and the turbulent flow of water. Thus, once the precipitation causing salts are precipitated and suspended in water, further precipitation (because of temperature variation) is not possible. The result is a totally scale free system.
These Gasifiers are 100% Made in India in line with Atmanirbharta and Make-In-India philosophy. These gasifiers are the only gasifier which is able to replace 100% Alternate fuels for heating application.
CASE Hot Gas Coal Gasifiers not only process the Fixed Carbon of Coal into useful Gaseous fuel but also physically alters the state of Volatiles. The coal volatiles primarily consisting of tar are converted to gaseous state because of the high gas temperatures. This is possible because of the peculiar property of tar. Tar above 350°C converts to gas. Thus, the technology of Hot Gas is based on the phenomenon of keeping the Gas Exit Temperatures always over and above the Tar Condensing Temperature. This Tar in Gaseous form becomes an integral part of the Coal Gas and increases the overall heating value of the gaseous fuel.
Gasifier For Integrated Plant
The gas producing capacity of ENTRAINED FLOW GASIFIERS can reach up to 100,000Nm3/Hr in a single cell thus making them suitable for integrated PLANT. All thermal demands of an integrated PLANT can be centralised through a common GASIFICATION STATION. With an operative adjustable load of 50%-120%, these gasifiers can effectively cater to the fluctuating thermal demands of the PLANTS utility.
These cooling towers have been specifically designed to give the end-user years’ and years’ of trouble-free operation. Fans are statically and dynamically balanced to ensure proper performance and ZERO breakage. Structures are well supported and are capable to withstand high wind speeds.
