its hard to feel cared for when i can be caught sobbing my eyes out in clear distress and pain and you’ll just leave me be. a simple “im just sad” will ease ur worries in a instant. Its so much more than im sad. im dying a mental death everytime i feel like this. I dont want to be alone yet im always always left alone with this.
